Zach is yenning for a gun, or perhaps a whole ARSEnal
Hasn't he been sectioned before, precluding him from gun ownership?
Florida is one of those those states. You know. Gun friendly. Not that I've heard of, unless you count the time he voluntarily committed himself to a hotel because the AC unit broke down. Every single "psychological crisis" Zach has been nothingburgers on final analysis.
Zach cannot legally own firearms. He is a drug abuser. One of the questions on ATF Form 4473 "Firearms Transaction Record" is: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside."Florida is one of those those states. You know. Gun friendly.
And despite their governor being a transphobic Nazi, no rule says Mister Jones can't be armed.
If he can't afford the ARSEnal he desires, he can beg online.![]()
It doesn't mean nobody would sell Zach a gun, but walking into a gun store and coming out with one is far from a guarentee for a freak like Zach and he will have to lie to the ATF to do it.
Yeah, I've never looked for clarification on whether voluntary commitments count, but it's generally a moot point. Medical institutions and doctors are generally loathe to run up even involuntary commitments through the proper channels over the HIPPA implications. It's one of the points Second Amendment supporters will harp on, why are we creating new laws when the ones we have are not being followed? There is a a question on the 4473 about being adjudicated mentally defective or having been committed regarding it.He is probably prohibited under 18 USC 922 (g)(4) too.
So he answers "no" on the form.Zach cannot legally own firearms. He is a drug abuser. When has this faggot followed through on anything besides shoving ever larger objects up his ass?So he answers "no" on the form.
He hasn't been convicted of anything has he?
Very common for people to do this.
Mister Jones could be packing (with official government permission) about a week from now if he gets on it today.
If it's not just a LARP for Bluesky etc.![]()
Welp, I couldn't resist a quick video search, because surely this isn't a thing, and now I'm just hoping they're using airsoft guns. It's ok, he doesn't want the guns to shoot but to stick them in his ass.
He is probably prohibited under 18 USC 922 (g)(4) too.
Only involuntary commitments count. The phrasing of "has been adjudicated as a mental defective" and "has been committed to a mental institution" is emphasizing that powers out of your control have decided you're not alright upstairs, which is distinct from willingly deciding yourself to seek out some treatment consensually.Yeah, I've never looked for clarification on whether voluntary commitments count
(Escamilla seems to have been committed on an emergency basis and that he was later given an opportunity to voluntarily stay committed. He argued that that sorta implied that the whole stay was voluntary. The court disagreed. But the court also agreed that if he was correct, which he wasn't, then they couldn't deny him his 2nd amendment rights based on the voluntary commitment.)We also find guidance in the ATF's regulation defining the phrase:
A formal commitment of a person to a mental institution by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority. The term includes a commitment to a mental institution involuntarily. The term includes commitment for mental defectiveness or mental illness. It also includes commitments for other reasons, such as for drug use. The term does not include a person in a mental institution for observation or a voluntary admission to a mental institution.
Well there's always that.A bigger roadblock, I would think, would probably be that his faux lesbian beard-wife would forbid him from keeping a firearm around her kids.
The wrong schizo tranny self-immolated.John "Chloe Sagal" Neumann. He's one of the deaths that people love to pin on Kiwi Farms, but apparently it was Zach's (totally an atheist, guys, I swear!) witchcraft.
People can probably tell at a glance that this weird freak is severely mentally ill.It doesn't mean nobody would sell Zach a gun, but walking into a gun store and coming out with one is far from a guarentee for a freak like Zach and he will have to lie to the ATF to do it.
There was a guy recently who was convicted for that exact crime (except he returned the gun after 11 days). If he hadn't been pardoned he would have certainly gotten a year or two, possibly up to 25So he answers "no" on the form.

Fun fact: just lying on the form is a felony. In Mister Jones' case there would be no crime because he was never found insane by a court or convicted of any previous drug offenses.
But I'm pretty sure he has no intention.
Fun fact, people get away with it all the time.Fun fact: just lying on the form is a felony.
Zac who has no scientific background acts like he knows more about science than actual scientists.

Is this a straight up lie or does he actually believe this? The only "test" for gender identity that I know of simply asking them. And even if we take everything that the gender people say at face value and assume that everyone answers that as honestly as they can... it's still a highly unreliable test. After all, even for trans people, this test gives a false negative for the majority of their lives (in Zach's case he trooned out at 22, almost 2/3 of his life, this test won't reach 90% accuracy for him until he's over 200). It's only really 90% reliable for non-trans people (failing future detransitioners who currently identify as trans), but in that case why not just use any of the old reliable tests that are 100% reliable?Gender identity and gender dysphoria are identifiable in multiple validated inventories that generally show a sensistivity and specificity in the high 90s
