It's not 'Trump's base". Trump is the weapon of the commons. This simple category error is what has caused retards like Elon and friends to think they were the dog rather than the tail. It's also why the people that just got hit with the political equivalent of a LOIC were desperate enough to ally with old republican establishment and throw someone as pathetic as Kamala up against Trump as a last resort. They knew that if illegal immigration being normalized failed, all mass immigration policies would fall in short order due to people being fucking sick of globalism.
Trump might've been somewhat aware of this, but it seems the entire managerial/grifter class of 'MAGA' weren't until this H1B shit exploded. Interviewed for Director/management position at Major Internet Shopping Site That Also Makes Movies And Ships Stuff in Like A Day in 2024. Position was managing something in APAC from Tokyo.

Without PLing, I have a similar background/level in the US. Every time I've encountered an Indian-born Indian in senior leadership in an interview loop, I have an extremely bizarre interview where they're asking me about things that have absolutely nothing to do with the position or my background, and it seems to be a knockout round. I've never been super stressed about it, but it's bizarre to prepare thoroughly for a position and have an interview go off the rails because the interviewer, in some cases the person I'd be reporting directly to, has no fucking idea what they're talking about.

The only group that's worse to encounter in an interview process are Israelis. I've actually withdrawn from interview processes before, because the manager I would be reporting to acts like an aggressive asshole the first time I meet them. When this happens, I've complained to HR about it, and have said that I feel disrespected as a qualified candidate and that it gives me a negative impression of their company. I don't expect anything to be done about it outside of maybe a note being added to their HR file, but I don't want employers to think that they can get away with this because people are hard up for work.

I really hope Dittman isn't Elon because if it is, it shows that some of the most powerful men in the world today are just as sad and fragile as your average lolcow.
Elon needs to understand that people like him are the modern day earls and barons, the people beneath them want a virtuous leader and are deprived of any meaningful leadership.
The people Elon looks to replace Americans with will overthrow him the moment they think they have a chance.

This makes it easier to understand the importance of the protocols and courtly manners associated with noble families in the past. When so much power is invested in a few people, they have to maintain a certain bearing as a matter of national security.
