slightly offtopic because it's not a retro game but this made me think of geometry dash. whenever i click on a random tranny/femboy twitter profile looking for some lulz 5 times out of 10 they're going to have a media tab full of geometry dash screenshots. now that i think about it rhythm games in general are pretty plagued

Not only was this the best game aesthetic of history, but the Deus Ex-style touches on our real world is truly awesome. I'll be following this too.
I have always wanted to see what it takes to make a game in this art style. Guess it's less of a matter of if but when though.

Glad I found this thread. Most the games mentioned here like Ultrakill and Cruelty Squad are ADHD stim fests that are just shiny flashing colors with retard music playing, and require zero actual skill while troons give themselves the illusion they've reached some higher form of utopia in the realm of video games, Speedrunners get this ESPECIALLY.

An average proficient FPS player could 1v1 any speedrunner or "boomer shooter" troon in UT99 and destroy the troon because moving your mouse and pressing buttons really fast have nothing to do with genuine skill that requires knowledge of the map, game mechanics, the hardware you're playing with, and a few other slightly more irrelevant things.

Huge misunderstanding here. They HATE it when you make sexy characters. More specifically, characters that are conventionally attractive. The people who sexualize the demons in Doom are not the same people that like the sexy anime girls in videogames.

I'm not sure about rhythm games in general but Geometry Dash does have a very young fanbase. Where kids go, so will the LGBT. I believe that the "No FAP rule" has merit, but the other part of the equation really is to just tell the troons to fuck off. "Stay away from the kids."

Everyone seems to have missed the fact that part of the reason Celeste is "THE tranny videogame" is because not only did the devs NOT do this, they actively invite such a crowd due to being utter libshits.

Late reply, I can't believe how fast this thread move. but I always find the 'haha it's just a shitpost' comment from the maker of Cruelty Squad dishonest. The whole thing feels pretentious 2deep4me but it doesn't hit me much beyond the world is fucked so I made everything ugly to make the point, and even if it's not supposed to be pretentious, the whole fanbase made it so that it's all I can see with that game.

Warframe is a tragedy. It has got a lot of interesting designs but they just waste it for more pointless grindfest and increasingly retarded story. Every update is just overhyped grind with asspull incoherent multiverse nonsense and plot points that's clearly designed so people have more enemies to shoot. Devs said that they only made warframe to accomplished their unrealised dream because Dark Sector was the way it was because the publisher forced them to made modern military game but Dark Sector had a lot more artistic integrity than Warframe has ever been for a while. Now they only care about money and hype.

On the related note the Troon head-in-the-chest character wasn't even written as a troon originally, just a drag queen, but the troon swarm annoyed the devs enough that they had to change the character into an actual troon.

I never took Cruelty Squad as troon-adjacent. It's a nice game with hidden secrets & mechanics and hits the spot the same way the original hitman trilogy did. It's plot is interesting with the whole concept of the value of life being so trivialized that it's worth is now negative and their society constantly debases themselves with biomods and other noxious drugs. Not super deep, but things to think about. The gnosticism stuff is a nothing burger and is just there because it sounds cool, much like 90's anime.

You'd think with troons being so SMART, the setting would be a bit on the nose for them. Then again, the whole idea of having an visually unappealing game with old school mechanics and exploits is something that only a male would be interested in...

Kinda like how they have a Wikipedia article for Goodbye Volcano High, and "Snoot Game" redirects to it, even though Snoot Game is the only reason why anyone even cares?

Oh shit, yeah, that's one DEI-funded prime troonslop that everyone's forgotten, including me, entirely trounced by a niche 4chan passion project to un-gay the waifus, and probably the only notable thing 4chan has done in a few years. I should do a deep dive on GVH, but maybe there's someone more knowledgeable who was actually around for the whole thing. It's most comparable to Dustborn, only difference is that someone's subverted it into something decent because it has scalies.

Fuck, I think the same devs that made the Scarface game were also going to make a Taxi Driver game but that game got canned. What a shame. Closest thing there is to a Taxi Driver game rn is just playing that Ready or Not level and shooting Amos Voll in the face for the 60th time with a FAL (just pretend he's Sport).

Psychopomp is fine but I think the dev is a furry. There's weird lizard anthros in the game and I get a really 'off' vibe from the way they're portrayed since they're obviously some sort of furfag shit. I don't even get why they couldn't just add normal humans in their place.
