It's that time again, Kiwis! The Julays are an annual award ceremony for lolcows. The various awards are divided up by subforum. Nominees were determined based on front-page features, cow crossovers, thread activity, and user nominations.
This year brings some changes to the Julays. The awards for Kiwis are having their own separate ceremony - the Bufords! Be sure to nominate your fellow Farmers!
There is a new title for exceptional(ly distinguished) lolcows!
Lolcow Emeritus
This is a new lifetime achievement award for lolcows. A maximum of five lolcows will receive this award each year, selected from among those with the longest and most storied careers and most Julays wins in past years. This category will not be voted on this year, but that may change in future years. Lolcow Emeritus recipients are not eligible for other awards in the year in which they are inducted.

Lolcow of the Year
This year in the world of lolcows was defined by epic, life- (or image-) ruining moments, none more extreme than those of our four Lolcow of the Year nominees.

Users who vote for more than three nominees will have their votes disqualified. This is done to ensure people only vote for the cows and events they care most about, and to save time counting.
