Checking out the "Frapollo94" channel you recommend in regards to a less pozzed option for information on Fear & Hunger in place of Super Eyepatch Wolf (who, to be fair, is kind of a fag, but perhaps more importantly is cringe) one can direct their browser to the most recent uploads tab and see among them a 2+ hour long video from only 3 weeks ago about the game "In Stars and Time". In this video the author gleefully illustrates their enthusiastic support for the main characters' "he/they" pronouns and the revelation of a certain other characters' trans identity, which is so totally heckin' valid might I add.
All of this is to say that almost all of your favorite "content creators" are degenerates, especially if focused on gaming. If, by chance, you come across one and don't find anything immediately wrong with them, 99% of the time you just don't know enough about them yet.

The only Meat Canyon vid I enjoyed was the Jeffree Star/Tati Westbrook/Shane Dawson one since that actually had writing and humor. Otherwise a lot of them just rely on grotesque caricatures and ham-fisted subversions of classic franchises and well-known figures (lolcows)

Yep, that's why I always recommend that if you're going to regularly watch a Jewtuber or at least certain videos of one, never look deeper into them or be prepared to either ignore their nonsense or abandon them immediately depending on how bad it is. You'll almost always find something repulsive in some way, "don't meet your heroes" except heroes is replaced by "anyone you don't know personally."

Synth right now like most people is on the desire syllogism cycle. Most people at least understand reason, they know what's healthy and what's not. But they can't do the right things in crucial moments, because desire beats reason most of the time.
Aristotle categorized men into four type:

Continent man: He can do the right thing and control himself, but it takes an incredible amount of effort. This fits most "normies" with normal jobs, place to live, small family of his own. You can say they made it somewhat, but they are very fragile, one slip up they will revert back into the incontinent or worse.
Virtuous man: He does what is good, and it is easy for him to do so. There is no struggle anymore; it's automatic. A real ideal Chad; winner in game of life; what every men should strive to be.
That would be the goal, but how would he get to that goal. I say real life actions. Last stream I head a good point brought up by chat: "You can't get smart on books alone, you should actually apply what you learned irl."
If we know have nice conversation with people in real life, exercise regularly, eat healthy, sleep on time, nofaps, etc. are good virtues, then we should actually do them everyday.
Go out there, DO healthy things:
1) control your diet. fasting is good idea, synth already know is a no cost money, good method to treat his mold, then he should actually do the right thing instead of yapping about it on stream.
2) nofap, no more gooning, no more porn viewing. actually fight it.
3) sleep on time like a healthy human being.
4) go out there to socialize. if you want a mentally healthy woman as your wife, you have to increase your social skills, you have to actually understand people's characters in real life. Only way to truly understand how humans interact in real life, you have to get on field experience.
5) practice, never gave up. you might fail alot in the beginning, but never gave up. to use a quote from Aristotle: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
First Step: synth should first aim to be a continent man, then a virtuous man.
Second Step: take actions, actually do the right things for your life.
