This is a really funny time to point out that Nick paid $60k on a shit painting of the Joker when he could have put that cash aside to pay his mortgage instead.
wait, what? 60k? I find that hard to believe. Who is it by?
60k is the price you'd pay for work from a serious/'reputable' gallery backed artist.
What reputable artist paints the fucking joker lol.
That is worth $100 at a garage sale.

Does anything about Nig Rekieta imply sophisticated purchaser? There are many levels of stupidity at play regarding his art purchases.

I wonder if there are any sweaties in the audience thinking how BASED it is to own the bank Jews by not paying your debt and get your home repo´d.
>virgin rackets literally gives the banks free money
>chad DSP robs the banks and leaves creditors crying and unable to do anything because he spent it all on a mobile game

When you look at it this way, it really is as if rackets just signed a 400k check and gave it to the bank

It looks like he bought several shitty paintings and also spent like 15k on a guitar signed by Kevin Costner? https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nicholas-robert-rekieta-rekieta-law-nickrekieta.53871/post-16521954

I dont think he will give them anything unless his parents grow a pair. He was probably completely nonchalant about taking the new mortgage because the house was not paid by him and in his mind it was just a way to make a couple of hundreds of Ks out of it. I´m pretty sure at the time of the loan he was quite certain his parents would pay the debt so the house wouldn´t be foreclosure.
TBF I suspect it might not have gone how he expected, that´s why he was forced to sell the second home probably to cover this shit, so maybe they grew a pair.

Derp, I put 360,000 in the calculator. Regardless, I don't know how stringent the mortgage company would be when the loan is well under 50% of the value of the home. In MN, almost every lender requires PMI for any loan that is over 75% of the value of the underlying asset and almost always requires that the taxes and insurance are baked into said payment. If a borrower dodged their property tax, but paid their mortgage, the bank would have no asset to insure against default of the remainder of the loan, putting the lender in a terrible position. The same would be said if a fire totaled an uninsured house. But these can be circumvented by other means, whether it is putting up other assets as collateral or really any terms the lender finds amenable and reasonable. As said, when the loan is less than half the value of the property insuring it, they might not be so adamant about such things.
Oh, you have to pay taxes and have adequate insurance, as a condition of the mortgage, but lenders don't necessarily require you to have them handle either one. It's an option, at least when ltv is below a certain point. And PMI is required at 80%, not 75%. And once your ltv goes below the threshold, if it wasn't from the start, the lender has to give you notice that you can get it removed.

Okay so I'm sorry I just got here and I'm catching up on this.
Rackets lost his house because he was too busy snorting money up his nose rather than paying the mortgage.
Now he's in an extremely bad situation and needs to offload the mortgages for cheap.
Is there a crowdfunding program yet for @Null to buy the Balldo Bunkers?
He said he wanted a fortress when he moved back to the US.
This is quite literally his opportunity.

I thought he fixed that CLE thing? I swear we had a NOT AUTHORIZED arc and then he bragged about fixing it on twitter a few days later.

If I understand this November post by @Friend of Dorothy Parker correctly, he paid to get his license unsuspended but still had to actually do the CLE. And now it'll cost him another $250 because he let it go to involuntary restricted status.

Would have been $274 if paid on time and CLE completed. Late fee is $75 plus $250 if you let it go to involuntary restricted status.

CLE requirements are 45 credit hours over 3 years. Can't be reinstated until those are done. And 45 hours means - if you're not with an employer who covers the costs or provided qualified CLE - consistently plugging away at free ones for 3 years or paying a couple thousand for a pass to paid courses.

Iow, he'll now owe around $600 to get reinstated plus if he hasn't finished his CLE reqs, need to find free courses or buy easy access to paid ones for $2000ish.

Eta: someone above pointed out the difference BTW not authorized for no payment of fees vs not reporting CLE, which gets you involuntarily restricted (unless you timely request an extension to report). That's correct. Reinstatement for fees only is $100, not the $250 for being out on involuntary restricted status.

However, shockingly, those two things (missing cle reporting and registration fees) often go hand-in-hand. So (possibly) add the $100 to my number above.

Interesting, I attempted to initiate getting my PMI removed when I was at 78% LTV (assuming my appraisal came equal to the Zillow estimation at that time), but they told me I had to wait until 75%. Thank you for this information. Part of the process of getting PMI removed is getting a new appraisal at homeowner's expense IF the case is contingent upon an increase in property value. In the event that enough months pass to hit 80% by standard amortization schedules, I have no idea if such an appraisal is needed to ensure that the house was not devalued by some means by the current homeowner (holes in drywall, drug damage, that sort of thing). I held off on the appraisal just to be sure, only for market values to drop after that. I still pay PMI. It might just be a condition of my lender or the way my particular loan is classified, or the company representative intentionally misinformed me. Is it legal policy that a lender must drop PMI at 80%?

How ironic fitting it would be for @Null to purchase the Rackets home to make it an American LOLCOW museum.

Each of the children's rooms are a different lolcow, and you end up in the "safe room" where Rekieta used to stream as the end of the tour .... with just videos playing over and over of him jerking it looking like he's on fentanyl.

What happened to all his money? How much coke would he need to buy to burn through all that superchat, rumble contract and morgage?
Did he actually spend ALL of his money on the monty lawsuit instead of just apologizing? How have you done this Baldo?!?!

Edit to fix spelling
We calculated at one point that he must have spent over $100,000 on Randazza, which is more than it would have cost him to settle with Monty. He was very much living the Hollywood lifestyle, and his excesses increased as his income diminished.

While he obviously knew he was in financial trouble when he offered the house to Aaron, he probably also thought that his streaming career was just in a lull and would pick up again. Kayla is supposed to have said to April that they would have to drop the food delivery service, so they were likely feeling the financial pinch by the time the polycule formed. Nick probably assumed that if things became dire his mother would bail him out (and she has been to at least some extent). What he didn't foresee was the arrests.

There's no real indication that Nick has made any serious attempt to tighten his belt financially. It's frighteningly easy to see how the money ran out once the big bucks stopped rolling in, and even if not a cent has been spent on cocaine since the arrests you still have a family which was in debt when the arrests happened and is living beyond their current means.

I know it’s not the topic but what the fuck is going on with that wall? Apart from having a prison cell aesthetic, why is there a giant wobbly seam, aren’t the courses offset??

If you have a dollar in your pocket, you have more money than Nick.
There have to be raccoons with more money than Nick.

Aaron should buy this house.

It's now competing with 14 Branchland Court as the site of the future Kiwifarms museum.

So Rekeita isn't going to be homeress if the foreclosure goes through, but I also don't think he can move in with anyone that tells him he can't drink and jerk off with the balldo.

Is it possible that Nick just stopped paying the mortgage to try and get some sympathy from the judge in one of his, or some retarded 4d legal move in his defamation case to try and get out of paying any judgement?
