We can hope, I suppose, that the judge will separately weigh in on the sanctions issue, but I suppose it wouldn't be wise to hold our collective breath on that.

This is somewhat savvy lawyering on Hardin's part. He knows Greer is a retard and legitimately can't do discovery. So he will keep badgering the judge over and over about discovery and by the time August rolls around he'll just say "I have nothing your honor" which'll cause the judge to go "wtf were you doing for 8 months?" Throughout the legal proceedings Hardin has mostly just been agreeable to the rules of court and the judge whereas Greer keeps demanding things that are impossible or saying he can't do something because he's a retard.

Greer has to work, he doesn't have time to work on the lawsuit that he brought forward! The only reason he's feeling rushed is cause he's a retard, but even if he wasn't it's because he didn't fuckin do what he was supposed to when he should have and now it's all piled up.

Greer really should add Taylor Swift as a witness. After all, she does keeps extremely close tabs on him and toasts to his demise every Christmas, so she'd definitely know about any copyright infringement.

The most likely path for criminal prosecution is admittedly rare, but if he goes unhinged against the “bias judge” enough he might be referred to another judge to be checked on. (The judge is likely to overlook/ignore much Russ rants against him but he could push it too far - however that’s unlikely until after a judgement is declared. Russ thinks he is winning, remember.)

But re-reading this I think he's just fucking lying about his working hours because Hardin is offering to meet with him starting at 6am his time. But of course he just-so-happens to be "working" 6am-3pm pacific time and it coincides perfectly with normal business hours in EST. His working hours should be pretty easy to verify right?

9 hours monday to friday is a white collar job, it's certainly not a pink or blue (bc greer doesn't have any skills). Since he said he was unemployed without a penny to his name only a month or two ago he'd have to bring a notarized letter from his employer saying he's actually working. I'm assuming the utah court works like the welfare office.

Its funny but this lolsuit could lead the judge to lose his mind like the YSL judge. Fani Willis vs Yung thug and gang case dragged in for a year and some change, judge says fuck it and holds a backdoor meeting with a witness and prosecution to force him to testify, case unravels, judge removed, yung thug and others plea ojg and in the end the 2 guys who remained were found not guilty.

I'm not sure if that's the main 'tried to sue a hooker' event, where he took her to Olive Garden and ran out of time for sucky sucky or some other, similar situation.
