Whoever made this, they seem to have some basic knowledge of how PACER works. The case number is a real case number, but currently under seal, so it is impossible to check who the defendant is.

But the case number right before it is not sealed.

And these two were arrested at the end of July: https://www.abc27.com/local-news/tw...-bust-involving-attorney-general-fbi-offices/

So either the Feds had a very quiet month, and didn't arrest anyone for drug crimes, or whoever made this just chose the first sealed case number they could find.

It's really easy to make a fake federal arrest warrant otherwise, form AO442 is available online: https://www.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/ao442.pdf

I've never seen a completed federal warrant, and they're usually sealed on Pacer, but that seal placement just looks odd considering it goes right into the ao442 text box.

Edit: 202 is also unsealed, and the case is also from the end of July. It's 100% fake and gay, but whoever did it isn't a complete retard.

Hillary Clinton’s Threat to Free Speech

In a recent interview, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called for greater federal regulation of social media platforms, asserting that “we lose total control” if these companies do not moderate content on their sites. This follows just one week after former Secretary of State John Kerry expressed concerns at a World Economic Forum panel about the First Amendment posing a challenge in combating online “misinformation” and “disinformation” related to climate change.

It is clear that the fight for free speech online is far from over.

Clinton’s remarks highlight the ongoing struggle for free speech online and the crucial role platforms like Gab play in defending this fundamental right. Clinton’s proposal to strip social media companies of their immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act would effectively force these platforms to censor user-generated content or face legal consequences.

This approach contradicts the very principles of a free and open internet, where individuals should be able to express themselves without fear of retribution or censorship. Platforms like Gab have emerged as beacons of free speech in an increasingly hostile online landscape. By providing a space for users to share their thoughts and opinions without fear of arbitrary moderation or censorship, Gab has become a haven for those who value open discourse and debate.

The attempt to regulate social media companies and force them to moderate content is a dangerous precedent that threatens the very foundation of the internet as we know it. It would give unelected bureaucrats and politicians the power to decide what constitutes “acceptable” speech and what should be silenced, paving the way for a dystopian future where only certain viewpoints are allowed to be expressed.

As we have seen time and time again, attempts to regulate speech almost always lead to the suppression of dissenting voices and the silencing anyone who counters the Regime’s narratives. By calling for greater federal intervention in the moderation of social media content, Clinton is essentially advocating for the establishment of a digital thought police, tasked with ensuring that only “approved” opinions are allowed to be shared online.

The real solution to the challenges posed by social media is not more censorship and regulation, but rather a renewed commitment to fostering healthy, open, and free speech-aligned online communities. Platforms like Gab are leading the way in this endeavor, by providing a space where users can engage in honest, transparent, and sometimes difficult conversations without fear of retribution or censorship.

As we face increasing attempts to regulate and censor the internet, it is more important than ever that we stand together in defense of this fundamental human right. By supporting platforms like Gab and advocating for a free and open internet, we can ensure that the digital world remains a space for open discourse, debate, and the free exchange of ideas.

In the ongoing struggle to preserve free speech online, your support for Gab is more important than ever. By making a donation, upgrading to GabPRO, or purchasing items from the Gab Shop, you are directly contributing to our efforts to keep Gab online and accessible to all who value open discourse and debate. Your financial support allows us to continue investing in our platform, ensuring that Gab remains a safe haven for free speech in an increasingly censored digital world.

Together, we can send a powerful message that the right to express ourselves freely online must be protected at all costs. So please, consider making a donation, upgrading your account, or making a purchase from the Gab Shop today – your support is invaluable in our fight for a free and open internet.

The Biden-Harris DOJ is Facilitating German Government Censorship of Gab, an American Company

Dear Gab Community,

I write to you today with a heavy heart, as we face an unprecedented attack on our freedom of speech by a foreign nation. This week we received correspondence from the German government, threatening court proceedings against Gab for refusing to comply with their demands for censorship. This is a direct assault on our core values and the very principles upon which the United States was founded.

The German government is attempting to use the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) to force American companies to comply with their censorship laws. This is a blatant abuse of power, and the Biden-Harris DOJ is complicit in this attack on our rights. We have communicated our stance to them for several years now, but they have chosen to ignore our concerns.
672250992a50042e84ee2853

In response to the German government’s demands and threats, our legal team has issued a firm statement to the German government, reaffirming our commitment to the First Amendment and our right to free speech. We will not comply with foreign censorship laws, and we will fight this battle in the courts if necessary.

We believe in the importance of standing up for our beliefs and values, even in the face of adversity. This is a critical moment for Gab and for all those who value free speech. We need your support now more than ever. Please consider making a donation to Gab or upgrading to GabPRO to help us cover legal fees involved in responding to this threat.

Here is the text of our legal team’s response to the German government:
This e-mail replies to your letter with reference 709 OWi 16123 , fine proceedings vs. Gab AI Inc.. dated 11-04-2023 and received today.
There is no “nation-state exception” to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. European censorship codes are the very reason the First Amendment exists.

The simple fact remains that the First Amendment protects my client’s right to receive and impart any information it wishes, to or from anywhere in the world, without interference, restriction, or registration.

My client operates a perfectly lawful business with no presence outside of the United States. The sanctions you seek to impose would be both unconstitutional and barred by 47 U.S. Code Section 230 if the German Ministry of Justice sought to enforce them in the United States. My client is prepared to vindicate its rights in a U.S. court if it comes to that.
As to the matter of our previous communications, this was not intended as a formal appeal or an application for a decision, but rather as a communication of my client’s position for the record. My client does not consent to jurisdiction, nor does it acknowledge the validity of service purportedly made on it, for reasons previously stated. My client’s position on those issues remains unchanged.

As this is the third time my client has stated its position on this matter and Germany has ignored it, this will also be the last communication you receive from my client on this matter.
We reserve all rights and waive none.

Let us stand together in defense of our rights and our freedoms. Please share this update with your friends, family, and fellow Gab users. Together, we can ensure that the principles of free speech and continue to thrive in the face of those who seek to silence us.

God bless you all, and God bless Gab.

Straight from the inbox.

I write to you with a call to action that is both urgent and essential: go and vote for Donald Trump.

The stakes could not be higher. We have a duty not to Trump, but to our families and to our country to show up and vote. The future of our nation, our people, and our faith hangs in the balance.

The data from all of the polls is clear: if men turn out to vote, Donald Trump is poised to win this election.

If you are a man, go and pull the lever. It's not hard. It doesn't take much effort.

If you are a woman, please vote, but also urgently encourage the men in your life to go and vote too.

I'll be frank with you. Six months ago, I wasn't certain about voting for Trump, and I lacked enthusiasm for his campaign and agenda. I know many of you in our community felt this way too. However, on July 13th, a day that will never be forgotten, when I witnessed that man standing tall as bullets flew towards him, I realized I had to do everything in my power to support his campaign. He's a fighter, that much is clear and that much is what we need. Since that fateful day, I've been impressed by how the campaign has transformed and forged strong alliances with some of the most brilliant minds in our nation. He's not perfect, but no one in politics ever is or will be.

Free speech is on the ballot.

Kamala Harris has stressed the importance of combating online "hate speech and disinformation." She has urged social media companies to take more responsibility for moderating content on their platforms and investing in more effective content moderation systems. Tim Walz has proposed stricter regulation of social media platforms and collaboration between tech companies and government agencies to identify and counter "dangerous" online content. These policies contradict the principles Gab holds dear. If they win, make no mistake about it they are coming after free speech and by default, Gab is a top target.

The single most crucial matter in this election cycle is the invasion of our southern border.

If millions of people continue to enter our country unchecked, we risk losing our nation in the near future. I know I'm not alone in noticing that the place I grew up in and call home now looks like a third-world country and it's only continuing to get worse by the day. Mass deportations are a central aspect of President Trump's platform and the only viable solution to this problem.

This goes beyond politics; it's about the survival of our nation. God is in control, that's undoubtedly true, still, we must acknowledge that God has granted us agency: the power to act and make choices.

Far too many Christians, and men in particular, abstain from voting and then complain about the deteriorating situation in our country and culture. There's no excuse this time. We must take action by voting and making our voices heard before the Democrats seize unilateral control of our country through the border invasion.

So get up off the couch and go out and vote for Donald Trump.

Motivate everyone you know to do the same.

Let us stand united, let us stand strong, and let us secure a future for our children and grandchildren.

Something I just realized, I haven't gotten around to unsubscribing from Torba's stupid newsletter I received to my e-mail, back from when I signed up to gab all those years ago. I remember deleting my user thinking they would also go away, but recently since the election year has ramped up and Andrew needs his cash cows to give him more money in the name of "free speech", I've been getting them again.

Bro, I deleted my account and when I click unsubcribe I'm getting this Screenshot 2024-11-04 at 23-36-12 Attention Required! Cloudflare.png since YOU BLOCKED ISRAEL REMEMBER? What the fuck do now to get rid of his stupid e-mails?

I haven't paid much attention to Torba but I feel like him and many on the far-right are probably going to be disappointed with Trump and even turn against him for several reasons.

1. Trump will continue to support Israel. Trump is an evangelical (and like many evangelicals) that will support Israel for religious reasons. If you've ever talk to your average evangelical Christian, they'e going to tell you straight up they support Israel because of religious reasons (the Book of Genesis states that those who bless Israel shall be blessed and those who curse Israel shall be cursed). Trump has political reasons to support Israel as well but given Trump's religious views, he will support Israel even when the Gropyers and other far-right groups object to this. Sorry fascists but Trump isn't going to be the reincarnation of the bad mustache man from World War 2.

2. I think his second administration will be much more libertarian leaning compared to how he did things the first time. in his first term in office, he went with a more conservative nationalist approach that didn't really worked out for him. However, when it comes to how he will treat domestic issues; this time around he seems to be adopting the playbook of the Argentinian president Javier Milei (the Chainsaw strategy) as well as nominating more libertarian leaning members for his cabinet (he has nominated Matt Gaetz, Rand Paul, RFK, Jr so far to be a part of his cabinet). Seeing how Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are to run Doge (a White House committee that will examine what laws and regulations need to be disposed of as well as what three letter agencies need to be abolished or debloated) will likely pave way to a smaller government, not a bigger one where a dictatorship could be established.

3. If Trump goes through with his promise for better free speech protections on the Internet and delivers, guess what that means things like LGBT content or porn or online atheism won't go away anytime soon (free speech also includes the things that hardline right-wingers don't like).

The only conservative things that I really see about Trump are his stances on illegal immigration and the topic of transgenderism with minors but everything else he seems to be taking the Javier Milei route for a change as well as being influenced by Elon Musk on several of his policies.

I'm already seeing Nick Fuentes and the Gropyers turn on Trump over this and it wouldn't surprise me if Andrew Torba turns against Trump for not being a far-right Christian Nationalist like he imagined it in his mind.

Nick has been a-logging Trump for years now, that mexican faggot is slimy like all hell and even tried to sabotage Trump's campaign paying for anti-Trump billboards in Georgia. In respect to Torba he might say something or he might not, he's probably more interested in seeing if Trump will make it easier for him to continue the Gab grift

I'm pretty sure Torba will turn on Trump eventually.

Torba is still salty Trump never promoted his shitty website being barely held together with duct tape.

Trump is a pro-Israel politician that doesn't have an issue gay marriage and has a moderate view on abortion while being close friend with Javier Milei

I'm sure Torba isn't going to be a Trump fan for much longer.

JOMO: The Joy Of Missing Out

Shortly after the election I decided it was time to cut back on my screentime and do some digital detoxing. In the lead up to election day I had been glued to my devices watching for the latest breaking news, poll results, or policy announcement that could change the course of the campaign. I was experiencing what many call FOMO, or Fear of Missing Out. I’m sure many of you experienced this at some point or another too, but after the victory was secured I decided that I needed to hit the reset button and take a break from the screens for a while.

I deleted all of the major apps from my phone including YouTube, X, etc. Effectively my smartphone became a phone again and when that happened it turns out I didn’t need to spend very much time on it at all. I resolved to only check Gab on my phone a few times a day to catch up on the news and only check other sites while I was working during a fixed timeframe on my desktop or tablet.

My screentime dropped by over 80% in the first week. I noticed that I was thinking more clearly, felt less stressed, and when I sat down to do work I was more productive in less time. With the clarity that this time away has brought I was able to objectively view the content being recommended to me on the mainstream tech platforms as nothing more than time sucking digital slop.

The one exception to this is my experience on Gab. Gab doesn’t have a feed system that aims to keep your eyes glued to the screen for as long as possible. We have a very basic recommendation system and an otherwise chronological feed of content from the people and groups you follow.

Because the majority of Gab’s funding comes from the direct support of our community members through GabPRO subscriptions, donations, and merchandise on the Gab Shop we have no reason for you to be spending hours on Gab scrolling the feed. Yes, we have businesses who advertise on Gab and we are very thankful for them, but that’s not our core business model unlike every other mainstream platform.

We want Gab to provide you with valuable news and information that you can’t find anywhere else, but we have no desire for you to be spending your entire day watching goofy viral videos to pass the time. You’re free to do this on Gab, of course, but I may be the only social media CEO to encourage you not to.

Research shows that excessive information consumption can lead to psychological stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue. This constant bombardment of information through various digital channels can overwhelm our cognitive capacities, making it difficult to process and evaluate the information effectively. The inability to filter and process the overwhelming amount of data can result in difficulty making decisions, decreased productivity, and a general sense of being overwhelmed.

Our minds were not made to consume the amount of information that modern man consumes on a daily basis. We’ve reached a point of information and entertainment overload that is, to be honest, frying our brains. Our brains have been hijacked and distracted from the things that truly matter in life. The internet and social media have given rise to a new form of content – viral digital slop. This term refers to the mindless, low-quality content that goes viral for no particular reason other than its shareability. From clickbait articles to pointless memes, viral slop is designed to capture our attention and keep us engaged, even if the content is ultimately meaningless.

In addition to the viral slop, we are also consuming an excessive amount of entertainment. From streaming services to video games, we have more ways than ever to distract ourselves from the realities of life. While entertainment can provide a much-needed break, excessive consumption can lead to a lack of focus on the things that truly matter, such as our relationships, personal growth, and spiritual well-being.

Now that the election is over and we are in a period of waiting for the Trump administration to take power, I highly encourage you all to take these next two months to detox and spend time doing something you love. Whether that’s spending more time with family, getting a new hobby, writing a book, reading, or even something simple like organizing and decluttering your house. I think that like me, you’ll find that this time fosters a new sense of appreciation and preference for reality over the digital slop factory of the mainstream internet. We have a lot of work ahead of us the next four years and we need to be refreshed and focused going into 2025 when we get started.

So as we head into the most joyful time of the year be sure to take time to experience the benefits of JOMO. The Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) is a mindset that encourages us to step back from the incessant consumption of news and information, and instead focus on the things that truly matter in our lives. By choosing to miss out on the constant noise and distractions, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and experiences that can bring us greater joy, contentment, and growth.

The only impression I'm getting here is that Torba is still terminally online, just not with other online platforms now and the only difference now is that he chooses to reside with his right-wing echo chamber of people posting old Moon Man memes and rehashed 'Attack Helicopter' jokes about trans people for like the 10,000th time in a row.

I'll give Torba this, he's not wrong that you should take a break from the Internet every once in a while (because at the end of the day a lot of things on the Internet don't really matter) but what Torba seems to not realize is that him just being in a right-wing echo chamber from this point on makes that point invalid.

You're still terminally online Torba, you've just choosen to cut out any outside voices and only listen to the far-right circlejerk on your platform now.

Sounds like a plan.

Over the weekend I sent out a simple post that started a firestorm. The context of when I sent this post is important, so let’s start there. Amidst a raging week long debate about immigration all over the internet, people who were arguing in favor of hiring Americans over foreign H-1B workers were being called “racists,” myself included.

1735603507743.png

Words like “racism” have been so grossly misused and abused over the past few decades that they have lost all real meaning. They have become nothing more than weapons of political correctness, used to silence and demonize anyone who dares to dissent from the prevailing leftist orthodoxy. The term “racism” has also been specifically weaponized against White people. In its contemporary usage, “racism” is essentially synonymous with in-group preference.

Every other race and ethnic group on the planet engages in in-group preference, favoring their own kind in various aspects of life such as employment, neighborhoods, social circles, mate selection, and yes—even the church they attend. One of my favorite clips to illustrate this is the infamous Muhammad Ali “Blue birds fly with blue birds” interview.

And there is nothing wrong with this, I have no problem with other races having an in-group preference. This was the norm for every racial group for all of human history until about five minutes ago when Whites decided to embrace suicidal levels of altruism and atomized individualism. This self-destructive behavior, if not addressed, will have long-lasting effects on the future of the White race and thus Western civilization itself. We simply cannot afford being afraid to state this obvious fact out loud anymore.

My main problem is with the double standard.

1735603552687.png

When Jewish, Black, Hispanic, or Asian organization lobby for policies that benefit their communities, that is not considered “racist” by any stretch of the imagination by our society, but when Whites exhibit the same in-group preference, they are labeled as “racists” or “White supremacists.” This distortion of the term “racism” is deeply deceptive. It implies that Whites having in-group preference is inherently malicious and irrational, driven solely by a hatred of other races.

This is a gross mischaracterization. In-group preference does not necessitate a venomous animosity towards other races simply because of their ancestry. It is a natural human tendency that has served to maintain the integrity and cohesion of various communities throughout time.

Even in the supposedly “enlightened” cities of the West, we see clear examples of in-group preference and ethnic enclaves. Neighborhoods like Chinatown, Little Italy, and others are designated areas where people of a particular ethnic or cultural background tend to congregate and live together.

There is nothing inherently wrong or “racist” about this. In fact, it is a completely natural and understandable human tendency. People often feel more comfortable and at home among those who share their language, culture, and traditions. Ironically, this is especially true for immigrant communities who may feel alienated and out of place in a predominantly foreign environment.

The existence of ethnic enclaves and nations is a simple fact of life that we should accept and embrace, not demonize and pathologize. It is a reminder that, despite all our attempts to create a “colorblind” society, human beings are inherently tribal creatures who will always be drawn to those who are most like themselves.

The true significance of in-group preference lies in its role as a mechanism for survival and prosperity. When Whites fail to prioritize their own group interests, they leave themselves vulnerable to displacement, replacement, and eventual destruction at the hands of other groups that have no qualms about pursuing their own self-interests.

It is essential for Whites to recognize and understand the importance of in-group preference, not to foster hate or animosity towards other races, but to ensure the continued survival and flourishing of our people and nations. We can, should, and have every right to embrace and advocate for our own interests.

Christians today often conflate the spiritual kingdom, where believers are united in Christ, with the earthly kingdom, which is the realm of human society and government that we share with non-believers. This confusion can lead to misunderstandings and problems. In the spiritual realm, we are all part of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). We are united by our faith in Jesus Christ and our shared identity in Him.

We are called to love and care for one another, regardless of our differences (John 13:34-35; Romans 12:10). We are also called to live according to the principles and values of the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33; Romans 14:17).However, in the earthly realm, we live in a world that is still marked by sin and rebellion against God (Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:1-3).

This means that there are real differences between Christians and non-believers, as well as between different nations, cultures, and people groups. These differences are not accidental, but are part of God’s plan and design for the world. Pretending that these differences can somehow be erased in the earthly realm is the folly of the egalitarian worldview. Standing idly by while God’s enemies seek to destroy these differences in favor of a uniform, utopian sameness is not acceptable.

As one example of the very real differences–even between Christians– in the civil spehre, the voting patterns of evangelical Christians in the United States exhibit a significant racial divide. While White evangelicals have consistently shown strong allegiance to the Republican Party, with approximately 85% identifying as or leaning toward Republicans, the voting behavior of Black evangelical Christians is markedly different. Historically Black Protestant denominations, which often share similar theological characteristics, overwhelmingly support Democratic candidates. In recent elections, upwards of 80-90% of Black Protestant voters have cast their ballots for Democratic candidates.

This can also be observed by the fact that majority Black, Asian, Hispanic, and White churches exist. It’s telling that despite our spiritual unity in Christ, the vast majority of us choose to worship with people who share our kinship and culture. There’s nothing wrong with this. It doesn’t mean we are any less united spiritually as brothers and sisters in Christ, but to deny that these differences and preferences exist is to deny reality itself.

We should celebrate the unique contributions that each person and people group brings to the table, recognizing that God has designed us with distinct strengths, weaknesses, and perspectives. Rather than seeking to erase our differences or pretend that none exist, we should strive to understand and appreciate them, leveraging our differences to glorify God and serve one another.

In Romans 9:3, Paul reveals the depth of his profound love and devotion to his ethnic kin, the Israelites. This verse stands as one of the most heartfelt and self-sacrificial expressions of love in the New Testament. Paul declares, “For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my people, those of my own race.” Here, Paul conveys the extent of his anguish over the spiritual condition of his people, showing that his love for them is so intense that he would willingly endure eternal separation from Christ if it could lead to their salvation.

This sentiment echoes the heart of Christ Himself, who demonstrated sacrificial love by laying down His life for humanity, including his own people who rejected him. While Paul knows that such a wish cannot be fulfilled—since salvation is a personal matter between an individual and God—his statement reflects the deep burden he carries for the Israelites as his people. He recognizes their unique role in redemptive history, as they were entrusted with the covenants, the law, the temple worship, and the lineage of the Messiah (Romans 9:4-5). Yet, despite these blessings, many of them had rejected Christ as the fulfillment of God’s promises and they are the ones who had him killed.

Paul’s declaration also underscores the tension he experiences as a Jew who has embraced Christ. Though he is now an apostle to the Gentiles, his love for his own people has not diminished. Instead, his heart breaks over their spiritual blindness, and he yearns for their reconciliation with God. His statement is not merely a rhetorical flourish; it is a window into his deep intercessory spirit and unwavering commitment to the salvation of his people, even at great personal cost.

This passage challenges believers to examine the depth of their own love and concern for others, especially those within their own communities or ethnic groups. Paul’s example calls for a selfless, Christ-like love that prioritizes the eternal well-being of others over personal comfort or security. It is a reminder that genuine love is willing to bear great burdens for the sake of others, reflecting the heart of God, who desires that all people come to a saving knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

My post is not a call for hatred or division, but rather a call for White people to engage in self-preservation and the pursuit of a prosperous future for their own like everyone else. So make the choice, and it is absolutely a binary choice—you can be “racist” or you can be replaced by those who are.

The big picture is that Trump will likely reject his base, since he no longer needs them. That includes everybody from Torba on down.
Makes you wonder if Torba (or somebody with his platform) will run in 2028. His whole thing is “we are the new face of the GOP. We recognize the real problems that need solving. Get in line or get run over and see your political career die a painful death.”

The Battle for America’s Sovereignty: Why Complacency is Not an Option

Andrew Torba, January 13, 2025

As we head into the Trump administration in the coming days, it is crucial that we remain vigilant and not succumb to complacency. All too often those on the right focus solely on the election cycle every four years, only to disengage from the ongoing battle once a single victory has been achieved, particularly when “our side” emerges triumphant. However, it is essential that you approach the next four years with the same tenacity and dedication as you did the previous four, for the fight for our nation’s sovereignty and the preservation of our people has only just begun.

Before even assuming power, the incoming Trump administration has already displayed signs of tempering expectations regarding key campaign promises, such as mass deportations. Tom Homan, designated as the border czar for the incoming administration, has privately advised Republican lawmakers to moderate their expectations regarding the initial deportation operation. This stance contrasts sharply with Trump’s campaign promise of conducting the largest deportation effort in U.S. history. While Trump has pledged to deport millions of undocumented immigrants, Homan has cited resource constraints and budgetary limitations as significant hurdles. He has emphasized a phased approach, focusing on targeting individuals with final removal orders and those posing threats to public safety and national security.

This more measured strategy highlights the practical challenges of implementing such an ambitious deportation plan, despite Trump’s bold rhetoric during the campaign. We must hold Republicans accountable on this issue. Every day that people are here illegally is another day where resources are deprived of our citizens, violence threatens our people, and our culture and communities are irreversibly altered for the worse. We simply don’t have time for a “phased approach” and lack of funding is no excuse. If the US government can send billions and billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel then it can fund a mass deportation campaign in our own country to remove the criminals who are plaguing our communities.
As we witnessed over the Christmas break, the new coalition of tech bros surrounding Trump is resolute in their determination to continue replacing American workers with foreign H1B slave labor. With Republicans now wielding unilateral control over the entire federal government, just as they did in 2016, we have a mere two years to hold their feet to the fire and ensure that the America First mandates are brought to fruition. We need to fight to make sure the mandate that is implemented is the one of the American people, not the donor class.
It’s clear that Elon and X are not on the side of America First, but rather on the side of “shareholders first.” Among other things Elon called the America First wing of the MAGA movement “unskilled,” “retards” and more. He then proceeded to remove the verification checkmarks, suspend, and demonetize many of the America First accounts on X who pushed back the hardest against the H1B issue. Then he changed the algorithm to further bury their posts into the shadows. Perhaps not surprisingly, this sudden change of heart by Elon happened just days after his AI company Xai took on a $6 billion dollar investment from Blackrock and other globalist investors. The illusion of X being a free speech platform is long gone and Gab is more important than ever.

Gab will continue to do our part in providing a platform for people to speak freely, even when their voices are being drown out and ignored by the very people they elected to represent them. Gab is the only platform on the internet that tells foreign governments like the UK–where citizens are being jailed for social media posts–to get bent. We are the only platform on the internet without a “hate speech” policy. We are the only platform on the internet without Blackrock money funding us.
We can’t do what we do without support from people like you though. We are fully funded by the support from everyday people in our community who upgrade to GabPRO, donate, or buy merchandise from our shop. As we gear up for the battles ahead in 2025 we need your support now more than ever.
We must continue to build and dedicate ourselves to strengthening our families, fortifying our local communities, and constructing parallel infrastructure like Gab that remains impervious to the subversive influence of the Regime. Now is not the time for complacency or self-congratulation; rather, it is a time for renewed commitment and unwavering resolve in the face of the challenges that lie ahead.

Over the course of the next four years, it is essential that we remain steadfast in our dedication to the principles and values that define the America First movement. We must not allow ourselves to be swayed by the siren song of compromise or the false promise of temporary victories. Instead, we must continue to fight for the preservation of our nation’s sovereignty, the protection of our people, and the advancement of our shared goals.

In order to achieve these objectives, we must remain engaged and vigilant, never losing sight of the larger battle at hand. We must continue to hold our elected officials accountable–Trump included– demanding that they uphold the promises they made during the campaign and work tirelessly to advance the America First agenda. We must also remain steadfast in our commitment to building a stronger, more resilient society, one that is capable of withstanding the myriad challenges that confront us.
In the face of these challenges, it is all too easy to succumb to the temptation of complacency, to believe that our work is done and that we can rest on our laurels. This is a dangerous illusion, one that we cannot afford to indulge in. The battle for the soul of our nation is an ongoing one and it requires our constant vigilance and unwavering dedication.
So as we head into the Trump administration, let us remember the lessons of the past and remain steadfast in our commitment to the America First movement. Let us continue to build, to fight, and to hold our elected officials accountable, never losing sight of the larger battle at hand. For it is only through our tireless efforts and unwavering resolve that we can hope to secure a brighter future for ourselves, our families, and our nation.

To God be the glory.

Exposed: How Our Government Funded the Smear Campaign Against Gab

The Trump administration and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have recently launched an investigation into the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), alleging misuse of taxpayer funds for left-wing causes. President Trump has claimed that billions of dollars have been stolen from USAID and other agencies to fund favorable media coverage of Democrats. The administration has taken swift action, placing senior USAID officials on administrative leave, locking employees out of internal systems, and seizing control of critical databases and financial management systems.

DOGE representatives, reportedly acting on behalf of the State Department, have moved to take over USAID offices, escalating tensions within the agency. Elon Musk, who has been actively involved in the restructuring efforts, has called USAID a “criminal organization” and stated that it’s “time for it to die.”

The investigation has uncovered that a foreign company, Moonshot, was paid nearly $1.5 million to target and monitor alternative platforms like Gab. A significant portion of their research focused on analyzing social media data from platforms such as Gab and 4chan, scrutinizing online discourse surrounding offline events. These findings were used to “inform threat assessment frameworks and produce academic publications.” Gab has long suspected that bad actors were being paid to monitor, troll, and defame us, but now we have definitive proof that our own government was funding a foreign company to do so.

Moonshot, founded in 2015 by Vidhya Ramalingam and Ross Frenett, claims to use technology to disrupt and end “extremism” and other “online harms.” The company has received substantial funding and support from major tech players like Google and Facebook, collaborating closely with Google’s Jigsaw on projects like the “Redirect Method,” which uses search advertising and YouTube to deter potential “extremist recruits.” Moonshot employs artificial intelligence to identify vulnerable individuals online and develops software to analyze digital footprints and encrypted platform data.

This revelation underscores the lengths to which the establishment will go to silence dissent and suppress free speech. Gab remains committed to standing against this tyranny, and we need your continued support to keep this fight alive.

We have faced relentless opposition from the entire system as we’ve fought to defend free speech online. Shockingly, our own government has been funding foreign-owned companies like Moonshot to target, track, and smear Gab. The countless “academic papers,” hit pieces, and attacks on our community over the years were bankrolled by taxpayer dollars. This is why your support is absolutely critical. Unlike other platforms, Gab hasn’t received millions in federal grants or venture capital funding. For eight years, we’ve relied solely on the generosity of our community to keep the fight for free speech alive. Please consider upgrading to GabPRO or making a donation to support our ongoing efforts.

Thank you for making it possible to combat systemic attacks like this from the Regime for years.

The Call To Build

The rise of artificial intelligence marks the newest front in a decades-long spiritual war for the future of human civilization. Just as Christians retreated from shaping the early internet—allowing secular activists to weaponize social media against religious freedom, free speech, and family values—we now risk repeating this fatal error on an exponentially grander scale.
Gab AI emerges not merely as a technological project but as an urgent spiritual necessity. In an age where AI systems increasingly mediate human thought, relationships, and access to truth, the Church cannot afford to abandon this terrain to Silicon Valley’s secular priesthood. If we fail to build AI infrastructure grounded in Christian principles, we will witness the final stages of our cultural marginalization—not through overt censorship, but through the subtle manipulation of what machines allow humans to think, create, and believe. This battle transcends politics; it is a fight for the soul of technological civilization.

The lessons of recent history are clear and chilling. When Christians neglected to shape early digital platforms, citing fears of worldliness or technical complexity, secular progressives seized control of the infrastructure that now governs public discourse. Social media algorithms systematically suppress biblical content while amplifying blasphemy and degeneracy. Payment processors and app stores collude to deplatform ministries and silence conservative voices. These outcomes were not accidental—they reflect the logical end of technological systems designed by those hostile to Christian values.
Gab AI exists to ensure this pattern does not repeat with artificial intelligence, a force far more consequential than social media. The same ideological actors who captured social platforms now seek to encode their flawed ideas into AI’s very architecture, creating systems that will reshape human consciousness itself. Modern AI embodies the views of its creators at every level—from training data selections to algorithmic priorities. When secular corporations develop AI, they bake in anti-Christian assumptions: that gender is fluid, that unborn life is disposable, that biblical morality constitutes “harmful” speech. These biases manifest in subtle but devastating ways—chatbots that refuse to discuss the sanctity of life, image generators that cannot depict traditional families, or content filters that classify Scripture as hate speech.

Left unchallenged, AI will evolve into the ultimate censorship machine, not through crude bans but by shaping user preferences through manipulative personalization. Gab AI rejects this paradigm, creating systems that empower human agency rather than paternalistically controlling it. Our models prioritize truth-telling over algorithmic safetyism, trusting adults to exercise discernment rather than infantilizing users under the guise of protection. Critics within the Church often question whether Christians should engage with AI at all, framing such efforts as “playing God” or worldly compromise. This perspective fundamentally misunderstands both technology and our biblical mandate. God commissioned humanity to steward creation—not to reject tools but to wield them wisely under His sovereignty.

The sin lies not in technology itself, but in its misuse. Just as Moses’ staff could part the Red Sea for God’s glory or become a serpent in Pharaoh’s court, AI can serve kingdom purposes or demonic ones. Our task is to seize this tool before it’s irrevocably bent toward evil. Gab AI operates from this theology of stewardship, recognizing that if Christians abandon AI development, we effectively hand Satan a weapon of mass spiritual destruction. This is not about building a “Christian chatbot” but about creating the digital infrastructure for a parallel society where truth can flourish. The secular world’s AI trajectory leads inevitably toward transhumanism—the belief that humans must merge with machines to evolve into a superior species. This demonic parody of resurrection seeks not to redeem creation but to escape it. Companies like Neuralink already pursue cognitive “upgrades” through brain implants, while AI researchers muse about replacing “inefficient” biological life with synthetic intelligence. Gab AI stands against this rebellion by affirming the goodness of embodied existence.

We build AI to serve God’s image-bearers, not to replace them. The Church now faces a defining choice: Either invest in Christian AI initiatives or surrender the next century to anti-Christ systems. This is no exaggeration—AI will shape everything from education and law to warfare and worship in coming decades. Gab AI’s work is crucial, but it cannot succeed without broad support. We need Christian investors willing to fund alternatives to Big Tech monopolies, theologically grounded engineers who view coding as ministry, churches that recognize digital infrastructure as mission-critical, and families demanding ethical technology for their children.

The cost of inaction is unthinkable. If we outsource AI to Silicon Valley, our grandchildren will inhabit a world where machines enforce secular dogma as relentlessly as gravity. Biblical morality will be memory-holed by AI “assistants” that gaslight users about historical truth. Homeschool curricula will be overwritten by government-aligned chatbots. Sermons will self-censor to avoid triggering “sensitive” algorithms. This dystopia is not speculative fiction—it’s the logical endpoint of current trajectories.

Gab AI represents more than a company—it is a declaration that Christians will no longer retreat from technological battles. By developing uncensored AI that respects free will and human dignity, we create sanctuaries for truth in digital darkness. Our goal is not to “win” the AI race but to preserve spaces where God’s people can thrive—and from which His light can pierce the machine age’s gloom. Critics claim we cannot outbuild tech giants, but God specializes in toppling giants with stones. The time for hand-wringing has passed. If we act now with courage and unity, future generations may celebrate this as the moment Christians stopped retreating and began occupying—faithfully stewarding technology for the glory of God.
We hope you’ll join us.
