Time for the BalldoBunker to officially move to the City of Failure, LA baby!
Nah, remember he has a heat allergy. Chances are he's moving his ass to some basement apartment in a shithole house in Minneapolis, preferably Lake Street, the Minneapolis equivalent of Skid Row.

If it were interest only, the principle would have stayed the same.
But it’s almost the same and it’s not uncommon for people to throw a couple hundred extra on principal towards their payments sometimes.

Granted I haven’t written a loan in years so I’m probably reaching, it’s just a thought though.

Didn't Nick have a "comedy" routine about working at a bank and finding out blacks didn't repay loans?

Nick is the Tiger Woods of not repaying loans.
This is all Eric July's fault when you think about it.
He called Rekieta a white bread ass nibba and it triggered his ODD, forcing him to do crack, bang other bitches, neglect his kids, drunk drive, not pay his loans and all of the other hood nigga shit he has been up to since.
The final piece will be him going to prison. He'll finally be a hord-ass nigga and no one will call him white bread again! He sure showed that Eric July!

So, Nick payed over $100k to not have to pay a guy $300 who he ended up needing to have to pay $300 anyways? The montegraph case I mean.
The case is going forward in 2025. He will either settle and pay more, or try to win the case and pay a lot more.
Or he will go bankrupt and default on all payments.

[EDIT] I think I made the prediction before, but I think he will file for bankruptcy to avoid paying anything to anyone. Kayla will file for divorce to get her share of assets before the big legal bills come due.

God damn, way to lock up LotY Nick. Were you really that worried that Bossman might out-do you for self-inflicted stupidity?

It really wasn't even necessary, Nick had less than 3K pages at the start of the year. In a single year, this fucker more than doubled his already hilarious thread just by being himself that much more. Which is impressive considering he locked up LotY for 2023 by also more than doubling his thread.

People accuse Nick of being lazy, but I think it takes a certain level of stupidity, bullheaded retardation, and narcissistic effort to put in enough work to nearly octuple the length of your thread in under two years.

My initial thought of the latest highlight and ultimate summary of Nick Cuckieta for 2024:

So Crackets was making a million dollars in a year and somehow managed to increase his debt. Amazing. I guess Camelot wasn't joking when he said nick spent 20k a month on booze, coke and whores.
Yes. He appears to have burned through seven figures worth of income despite having limited expenses (home with no mortgage, spare house with no mortgage and rented out), also took out $316k out on his home, and is now at risk of losing both homes, it's possible he will sell the first one in time to prevent the foreclosure of the second though.

The sad thing is knowing there's probably a dozen ways Nick blissfully got ripped off that will never be known about. The Jamaican male "dancers" tried to get $1000 or whatever from him, I'm sure the MN and Vegas prostitutes and strippers had a field day milking this guy for everything he had.

If it's true he was spending $20,000 per month on drugs (and I don't see how that can't not be true anymore, for foreclosure to be on the table he had to have burned through at least a million dollars with literally nothing to show for it) how much was he giving to all these prostitutes Camelot says Nick was "addicted" to seeing?

Kayla's surgery was in April of 2023 so a year after the loan. At least that's when @Balldo's Gate doxxed the probable hotel he streamed from after her surgery.
The surgery was around September 2022 (stream from the hotel here) but when he was streaming from his Mustang in early 2023 @Himedall All-seeing Waifu geolocated him as returning to Wayzata for an "appointment" of some kind based on the roads he was driving on.

If @Owlbear is to be believed in this post, there was a time Nick streamed from this hotel room right around the time frame we're concerned about. Interesting.

So what the fuck did Nick do with the $316k that he received BEFORE the Depp/Rittenhouse superchats and BEFORE his big money Rumble deal? That’s a LOT of fucking cocaine!

This isn't an uncommon scenario for couples in their 40's who want to reinvest their money from a paid off house into other investment forms. Especially when mortgage rates are low enough etc.

Did he ever talk about NFT's/Crypto/GME stocks or some other bullshit? I wonder if he took out a mortgage to free up cash to invest into some dogshit.

If he had just put it into the SP500 he probably would have made ~30% or some bullshit, and could have just made an easy 100k. Its crazy how shit his life is.
He reinvested the money into cocaine so that line go up on his daughter's hair follicle test.

He can't even pay his mortgage? How much money did this fucking idiot spend on cocaine?
All of it. Non-addicts typically have a hard time understanding how powerful and all-consuming addiction can be. You're the lab rat hitting the lever for the pleasure jolt until your heart blows out like a tire. It's fucking horrible, but it's also a choice. Rekieta has agency. He could've chosen to seek help and get the treatment he needed. But no, not this guy. He thinks he's special. He's the master of his fate. He's got this. He'll take it all the way down thinking he's got this. Dumbass. Stupid fucking junkie.

And the worst part? His kids get to watch.

Instant gratification from drugs and alcohol is a real bitch, and a narcissistic mind is going to lose all drive if they can get that dopamine rush with no effort.

I should bring up narcissistic collapse once more:
If Nick Rekieta does indeed have NPD, then he is currently locked in Narcissistic Collapse. It's a little like Narcissistic rage, and that does potentially appear in Narcissistic Collapse, but it's typically characterized where the patient loses the ability to function either due to upcoming or already happened public humiliation.
This could explain why he stopped trying to pay back loans or anything else. He couldn't stream as there was an increasing amount of people waiting to jeer at him, a symbol of his achievement, the Rumble contract, expired with no renewal, and the Montagraph lawsuit simply was not going to plan. Confronting those failures would be very stressful for a normal person, but for a Narcissistic mind, that would be paralyzing.

But he did have an Escape From Reality button - the drugs and alcohol. He kept hitting that button so hard it finally broke on him in the absolute worse way possible.

I dont think Nick would ever consider suicide because of personal failure. He would only do it if it was to spite someone else - for example, LowTax offed himself because the courts ruled against him for his divorce, and he figured killing himself would be his parting shot to his ex-wife.

out of all the shit that happened, this is lowkey one of the most offensive things he did.
like yeah, it's her fault too. but nick brought her into the qover, broke up her marriage, got her caught up in felony charges and then just left her to fend for herself.
regardless of whether or not she deserved it, that's some extremely scumbaggy shit.
but of course, he wasn't capable of taking care of even himself/wife/kids so how could he do it for her.
and she played her own part too.. but still. lmao.
It was a speeding ticket he didn't show for. Iirc, the docket also showed mail to Rekieta in the case was returned to the Court as undeliverable, though I may be confusing this malpractice with some other malpractice he's committed.

Good thing he can't practice at all right now!

(And before anyone asks, all he has to do is take the classes, fill out the required forms (not sure if you can cure delinquency online*) and pay extra to get the admin done.

* Nick: Highly recommend sucking up to the cordial LRO office administrators. They may not ever actually like you, but woe to anyone who trips a Minnesotan admin person's passive-aggressiveness into action.)

Just remember chat, a mortgage/deed of trust is a DEED to the subject premises and the holder of the mortgage is the lawful owner. the martgagor is the holder of the "equity of redemption."
No. A Deed of Trust is created by the owner (usually identified in a Warranty Deed). It is used to grant the mortgager (bank) an interest in the property through the loan. It's a recorded contract that the owner will perform certain functions like pay the mortgage, maintain insurance, pay property taxes, etc. They don't own the property. The title to the property is held by a third party (usually a title company) until the terms of the loan are completed.

Will he bring the hot tub with him into the basement or does that have to go to the bank with the foreclosure?

He also bought a Mustang he immediately wrecked on the drive home from the dealership.

A bit of hyperbole here, but a hilarious story to recount.

He drove summer tyres on snow in Midwest American winter.

I'd rather not give Nick any money. Everyone's money is better spent elsewhere rather than buying a water damaged house, with a silent hill looking bathroom, that is probably haunted by Magi-chan and a corner demon.

It would go to the bank amd Jews (unless you paid more than the liability).

Thread's moving too fast. Has it been discussed that he might have just mortgaged the house to "sneak" about 300k from his own trust? Like the trustor told him "no" to a 300k withdrawal request, so he secretly mortgaged the house (and spent the money) as like a "fuck you, you should have just paid when I said"?

Yes, it is a plausible theory.

Possibly retarded question, but the 45 credit hours are college type that require waaaaay more than just 45 actual hours of time right?

No, these are (according to Google) actual hours, but some courses let you count multiple hours for a 1-2 acrual time commitment.

ETA: Add a word and fix a conflated word.
