Andy's too much of a coward to do it. He only wants the illusion of danger to illicit pity. He would immediately drop the act if he was in actual danger.
If you mean a legitimate IQ test then it's not too difficult to sandbag those to game a lower score, so I'd take that test score with a grain of salt.

It's been gone through here before and somewhere in the 80s is generally the consensus. Any lower and he wouldn't be able to look up and properly apply his legalese. Any higher and he'd understand the finer details, like how using his oil diffuser in the family house against the wishes of the homeowners doesn't fall under his privacy rights.
They both contribute nothing to society but at least Andy makes entertaining content outside of accidental livestreams.
