I've been mostly flying by with featured post the last few months, so maybe i've just missed it but what is his current subscribers/local situation?
He hasn't had a real stream in ages, his Locals is mostly a ghost town besides Nick's intermittent journal entries which are mostly met with a smattering of losers opining that they support Nick, and his subscribers have slowly trickled downwards because people probably don't even remember that they're subscribed to his channel.

So revenu is basically 0 from there, and he only has his tugboat left ?

The garage takes half the house at least. But to be fair this is Minnesota, it's standard in rural areas to have enough space for the boat and snowmobiles (not assuming Nick has either of those).

Well. Honestly buying and taking delivery of that particular mustang he bought in the middle of winter is itself just pure stupidity. Its not a car you would ever drive in the winter anyway. Its not for winter driving. Just don't buy it in the middle of winter in Minnesota in the first place. Wait until spring like a sane person.
Everyone I know puts their vanity cars away for the winter and drives their winter car. I guess I'm not surprised Nick wouldn't do that, but I did just kinda assumed everyone who lives somewhere with real winters knows about the winter car/summer car thing..and that all season tires don't really cut it and you need real winter tires.

Better than some rich/retirement areas; where you'll have one or two normal garage doors, then a ghastly larger one for the RV.

RV's really are the worst of all worlds. Why shell out 100 dollars for a motel, when you can blow 500 in gas to have less spacious and less comfortable accomodations with your RV? Indoor plumbing, who needs that? Just repeat the Dave Matthews Band 2004 Chicago River Incident (look this up) and you're golden.

Awesome, what were the circumstances? Did your guy have reason to believe the door would give before police could have possibly arrived? Did your guy have positive knowledge that the would be intruder had a deadly weapon of some sort? Last year, MN had a landmark case where 3 knived assailants threatened a knife wielding defender in the streets and the courts ruled against him. Actual Justice Warrior has a vid on it. I know you are 100% in the clear once the threshold is breached. Apparently you have some leeway even if the threshold hasn't been broached yet. Also, was this relatively recent? If this is post 2020, that is even better news. After the "summer of love", they want to make sure no self-defense case ever sticks.
I'm not writing a 1000 word essay to you about self defense in MN. The guy I was replying to basically said you can't defend yourself in MN.

With his Youtube, when you figure in the money he's giving in superchats to various pedophiles, he's probably racking up a net loss. He stupidly didn't put any effort into edited content (which could sustain lapsed viewership and ad revenue), his livestreams have no real replay value except for people checking out all his lies, and without any streams pulling in superchats there's basically nothing coming in there. His Locals has burned any of his paying fanbase because they get nothing but the rare cope cooking stream and most of those people paid well in advance. That's all on top of losing his Rumble contract too.

He's declared in the past months that he still has some law clients. Something about commercial real estate? The details are nebulous, but that's his only clear source of income at this point, and it's not clear at all.

Meanwhile, his expenses have included feeding a household of 2 adults and 5 children (soon to be 3 adults and 4 children as the oldest becomes of age), a second household with 1 adult being supplied with "ice," utilities for both households, legal fees for at least 4 legal cases (defamation, his criminal case, Kayla's criminal case, family court for his children), tattoos from traveling tattoo conventions, superchats for pedophile Youtubers, Twitter Blue for arguing with random nobodies, schooling and activity costs for the children, insurance for his mid-life crisis vehicles, ridiculous haircuts, traffic tickets, and pet care for his trapped victim dog.

That's assuming that he's no longer buying any drugs or alcohol, or hiring Minneapolis prostitutes. It's not a very optimistic picture.

If he doesn't come up with the money, the eviction process starts about six months after the sheriffs auction. So maybe August.
You can make things financially easier on yourself by vacating early. So Nick obviously won't do that. He'll wait until he has to be dragged out screaming and crying in Hedgehog Defensive Posture.

Mom and Dad will save him
Yup.
There was a fad mid COVID stimy free money years to refinance your home and invest on greenfields like NFTs, meme stocks and whatnots... just like early 00s and real state.
At least NFTs didn't litter the countryside with blocky-ass, gray, foam-core McMansions that now all need new roofs.
Well if we can't get hot tub streams anymore can he at least afford doritos for a dorito stream?
Only if you send him comissary money.
It's literally shocking to see the back and forth of healthy vs unhealthy with this drug addict. SHOCKING.
Him saying that he was "99 percent sure" just shows how deep the accountability issues go.

Which is why i brought up what I did. Get with the program Rick.
Ostensibly ,Jersh would be leaving his house from time to time, unless he opted to have everything instacarted/doordashed, etc. It's all based in an offhand joke about Jersh buying Rackets property anyways. We all know Jersh is destined for Merida, Mexico to dunk on Ralph on the daily.
