Minnesota has become progressively more lax on all those sort of things over the past few years. By law, they stopped the towing of cars for unpaid parking tickets and they have generally eased up on enforcement of all sorts of penalties for not obeying basic rules. For a while in certain places, they wouldn't even stop cars without license plates.

Rules and enforcement are generally considered a "burden" for lower-income people in the state.

Information that clashes with the timeline, Dietz sold in 2006 to Paradis who then sold to Nick in 2018.

The report is from December 2024 and only Kayla is listed as currently at the location, with Nick based at the property until the 4th November 2024. Although his dates make no sense either. Could Nick have moved out in November and that's why he isn't streaming?
