Thanks both for letting me know so promptly. I edited the post once I saw your comments, so the orignal statement was only up for about a half hour.

If the ominous looking edit sparks curiosity in future readers, rest assured there was no legal bombshell. My comment was a much more specific version of "Russell would have to do less work responding to Harden if he stopped making so many baseless claims." While I did not believe what I was posting could hurt the Farms even if implemented, I completely understand the desire to be zero-tolerance on this point given the costly headache this entire ordeal has been. Will be sure to avoid posting anything that could be interpreted as specific legal advice regardless of what that advice is.
Yeah I've previously suggested that 'giving russ help' is pretty unlikely as he almost always chooses the dumbest way of doing things but specificity is the issue here. He has previously had some stuff in his motions that don't sound like something he has come up with. That bit about trying to completely open up the financials of KF due to a minor court fee just smells like third party interference, for example. So it's better to be safe than sorry...

I thought we were not helping the tard by giving him legal advice in this thread under penalty of threadban?
I tend to just delete those posts. What is "helpful" is a bit too subjective for me to default to threadbans.
I assume this refers to joining parties like Google?
That is what I meant, yes.

God I feel guilty because this is draining Nool of both finance and soul, but this shitshow is so engaging, also I'm learning about the American judicial system: fun and educational!

Since there has been a recent whoopsie in the thread and don't want to cause issues but: in a recent filings exhibit email thread The Hardster (OC donut steel) goes "Lmao Discovery started a month ago and you haven't produced anything and there's 24 more requests coming".
Would speculating about possible disclosures requests be considered helping the creepy whoremonger because it could prepare him if someone scores a hit?
I guess... if you got the doubt then there's you answer huh..

In any case, these discovery months are going to be a massacre for ol'Rusty, and I can totally see him just spamming wholesale refusals to produce adducing generic and absolutely off topic whinefests.

We need to DoorDash some Red Bull to the clerk's office. There has to be a hilarious Greer filing trying to backdoor a harassment claim after the deadline, and I want it on the Internet NOW NOW NOW!

Poll for sanctions?
-No sanctions
-Monetary
-Dismissal / Dismissal+Monetary
Too early. I’m 90% certain that the court is going to verbally chew out Russ but end up saying “discovery is proceeding so stop fucking up” and we’ll slowly continue unless Russ gets smart and mandamus’s the judge over the $250 costs.

This but against Null, because by this point the judge is Greer's lawyer in all but name.
Russ should file a motion reminding the bias judge that he’s not acting like a neutral third party - if he were, he’d already have forced Null to settle! The 10th said so!

I’m voting no sanctions. If past behavior is indicative of future action, there is no way the judge does anything but handhold Greer through to the end. Anything else is an admission the judge screwed the pooch.
I think the judge just has to do something in this instance. Greer said he had witnesses, didn't do what he was supposed to, insisted that he was justified when the judge told him he wasn't, and then directly told his witnesses to not cooperate with the defense while calling Hardin a "crazy man". Like before I think Greer was always gonna get leeway since there wasn't a schedule and at that point in the case the judge had to treat everything he was saying as true initially but this is him directly going against the court.

It might not be case ending but I'm gonna predict that he sanctions him with paying fees for Hardin to have to unfuck all this witness bullshit.

Russ will file a motion for the death penalty to be invoked in this case for all the people on the Kiwifarms kill count at the top every page.

He inevitably gets it in his head to try some new dumbass scheme, convinced that THIS time everything is going to work in his favor. THIS time things will be different and everything is going to come up Shit-Lips.

He's basically the IRL human Wile E. Coyote of prostitutes.

He only has to do something if he thinks Greer has any chance whatsoever of winning (because in that case it’s an obvious appeal issue for Null).

But if he’s 💯 convinced he’s ruling for Null, he can let lots of shit slide as Null is unlikely to appeal a win.
