I have heard many anecdotal tales about racist dogs who hate black people.

I have never heard of a racist dog who hates white people.
Not even one owned by an angry black guy who hates white people himself.

There are people who claim that dogs pick up on their owners racist beliefs, but surely if that were the case, then there would be anti white racist dogs.

The theory I heard which makes far more sense is that due to dogs having less color vision, they struggle to read very black peoples faces.

This is one of those things common with rescue dogs as well; it's not something anyone who works with those animals is going to talk about, but anyone who has worked in the field knows about it. Yeah, it’s not uncommon that some dogs, especially non neutered males, just seem to hate men, but even then it is all men and often not male children.
It certainly never seems to be the case that a dog develops an “irrational” hatred of white men or white people.

A couple of my dogs have been uncertain about south Asians (Indians/pakistanis), and I have mentioned this before but I had a deaf Dalmatian who really seemed to hate drug dealers/people on drugs/people likely carrying drugs.
Some of these people surprisingly also happened to be black , but he never reacted badly to black people who were just minding their business.
I overheard a couple of west african and very black guys saying that he looked like a spotted hyena, and he definitely looked at them but didn’t care.

So maybe its just particular dogs, but in the case of the south Asians, they tend to collectively be wary of dogs due to pet dogs not commonly being a thing in their culture, so I think it was more the dog picking up on them being wary.

In other news, Patrick as usual doesn't understand the law or anything or what happened in South Korea.

Patrick doesn't understand what's going on in his own half hovel.

I'm sure there's something in the reading faces idea. We had a dog that loved my buddy. The guy couldn't get through the door without the dog being all over him. Said (white) buddy went away for a few weeks and returned with a full, dark beard. He didn't get one foot in the house before the dog was snarling, snapping and backing up. Buddy hadn't changed anything else, same old boots, same soap, same jacket. Took about 15 minutes and a lot of coaxing (buddy got down on the floor with him) before the dog would accept him.

Last night I checked his feed and he was going through his "enjoy prison" routine, circling back to tweets from the 30th and typing his usual. He would occasionally throw in something unique like "You are not my little brother" so he wasn't just copy-pasting. It's wild to watch it happen in real time.

He takes a "I'm having a great time with my wife watching idiots go in cold water" picture in the morning and by night is spending an hour on his phone talking to stalkers. It would be sad if it were anyone else.
