It's one of the most annoying parts of contemporary trans activism. And why does this problem effect the women now, huh? Because there are men there to do it? Particularly the population that is the most likely to be violently rapey and has the highest amount of sex offences prior to being imprisoned and the highest paraphilias?
So it became voguish in 2016 to say that trans women are women. But what does it really mean?
Does it mean that a man shouldn't get beat up because he's wearing a skirt or acting in an effeminate manner? Fair enough (though he'll probably get laughed at). Seems reasonable.
Does it mean that if a man wants to be called Susan and pretend he's a lady, then his friends should be allowed to play along for the sake of kindness? That's fair enough too, so long as it's not compulsory. If that's all it takes to make Mr Susan happy, then why not? Maybe.
However, it doesn't mean that. When they say "trans women are women" they mean that any male literally is a woman for any and every purpose – up to and including men in women's prisons, men in women's sports, men in women's changing rooms and men winning women's awards.
Gradually the normal world is learning that it was all a bait and switch. Regular people thought they were supporting a boy named Sue's right to wear whatever clothes he wants. Nobody wanted this shit, though. Men raping women in prisons goes against almost everyone's principles.
BTW, if trans women are women, so are contra women.
Hey, it's just a latin word that means opposite. I'm a contra woman. Where's my hareem of lesbians? No?
