There's three Greer's involved now, Russel in Nevada, his dad in Wyoming, and his brother in Texas.
Ok, apparently Russel Greer told Hardin to send the check to him in Wyoming for some reason. Also Russel was deposed himself but that was canceled.
Regardless, the check was returned when being sent to his NV address, which means again he gave the wrong address or didn't fuckin update anyone when it changed.

There's a Florida registration, and Bizpedia has records of Wyoming registration. The most recent one is from West Virginia, though.

If memory serves, back when Greer first filed Lolcow LLC was a Florida based company. A big problem with this cases Jurisdiction problems are how long it has spent in pre-trial. But the long and short of it is, for the purposes of establishing Jurisdiction, what matters is not where the parties are NOW, it is where they were at the initiation of the case. Which in this case for Null and Lolcow would be Florida.

Maybe it's my sunk cost fallacy talking but I don't know if I'd bother with the jurisdiction again unless it's to get the case thrown out. Another transfer would likely just waste even more time and lawyer's Null's money.
