There was an episode of that with Brian (the dog), they were stuck in the valut of a bank I think, and Brian had to literally eat Stewie's feces (I think that's the reference in your image).

Anyways, there would be nothing much to do, besides talking. But since he's supposedly an evil genius, it would be pretty fun talking about all the machines he has built.
