I've been struggling with what I think is SIBO for the past couple months, too. Ended up with a B-12 deficiency so bad I thought I was dying. If it really is SIBO then I wish him a swift and full recovery, that shit really is terrible. If the doctor just gave him some antibiotics on a whim that shit could be dangerous if it's not really SIBO, hope he went through the proper diagnostic process.

My guess is alcoholism. Adam drinks and talks regularly about alcohol on the few streams I've seen, and given gays have extremely high rates of alcoholism (including addiction to other substances) combined with this weird habit he has with not chewing food, yeah, he's going to suffer. Adam's probably particularly vulnerable to this because he's so autistic he notices shit about films that the average normie wouldn't even think about. If you're bothered by ADR or lack of crossfades I can't even hear, yeah, you're likely an alcoholic, because God knows how much noise and information is clouding your head.
