Please subpoena the correspondence between Russell and the big music studio exec that axed his music contract because of trolls.

He had to delete it along with all his other discoverable documentation to save space, but the judge can accept his sworn affidavit that it really for real happened in real life.

Before it reaches the sun the case will be transferred to Zeta Reticuli. Josh will have pay his space lawyers in silver Kiwi Koins and there is a significant risk that the space judge will rule that the appropriate remedy is to exterminatus the planet
In that case, Null's gonna have to do another fundraiser. The last time I checked the Quatloo→USD exchange rate wasn't in his favor at all and Q400/hour adds up quickly.

That is one interpretation, but it is weird that he offered to give Mr. Hardin a report that didn't exist in that case.
Did you specifically ask for a "report"? Not trying to be pedantic, rather it's that the vast majority of calls for police service do not result in an actual, formal "police report". But some people insist to the officer that whatever they're complaining about be documented by the department. In that case, the officer would usually reassure them that they could request a copy of the call for service, which almost always satisfied them as their "police report" even though it was just whatever the dispatcher and officer wrote in the CAD notes. My point is, that might be the "report" Russ thinks he has, which knowing him he hasn't even requested from the department yet. If so, at best it will include whatever plights Russ told the dispatcher followed by the officer writing "Talked to a guy complaining he was getting harassed but he couldn't show me anything actionable and I told him to just stop contacting the 'harasser'"; at worst the officer didn't bother to write anything.

I hope that wouldn't mean I would have to be included in this bullshit, since I'm the source of quite a few of those nicknames. I'm still quite proud of Dildo Saggins.
You'd better watch out. All those nicknames are encouraging and contributing to the harassment infringement! Russ will add you as another John Doe defendant, despite the deadline for joinder being passed, and the judge will allow it.

Guyz it was just an little itty bitty publicity stunt, totally not the same as a completely frivolous lawsuit.

Putting aside all the retardation, how has Greer still not learned to not write like a 13 year old girl in these fucking motions?

Also says the Kiwifarms threatened him and this is his evidence

Also his 213 motion is included in 212, why the fuck make it a separate document? Besides just making one saying that he's calling the cyber police on Null somehow.

Someone also has apparently made a @russelgreer.com email server.

I remember this. Do we have some way of proving it?
IANAL but it should still show in the purchase history of whoever downloaded it from Amazon for free. Failing that, reaching out to Amazon directly would be an option I would think? Surely they would have access to pertinent data showing how many copies were sold, for what amount, etc.

This person (and presumably others) said so in the other thread. I suppose there's a chance they're digital hoarders like myself and hold on to email receipts for years.
Amazon gave me the whole book for free and several other people said the same thing in the locked thread. Does that count as a sale lolol

This Moon guy seems like a real piece of shit. Let's just presume this with no evidence, while a public filing contained the email.
Edit: Nevermind, the other document says this, while copy pasting the previous line:

So he is aware that Hardin published the info as court exhibits, why do we presume null did it?

I wondered what the black line is. Then I realized this special fella circled the date with black, when the background is black.
Also, this pic looks better on the filing, can someone explain how he made a picture with the worst jpeg artifacting, while the texts look normal?
