Yeah, that's the famous visit of 2014.
They spent a shitload to take him in, took him to a lobster buffet, took him camping. One day, Gordon was at work, and Jenny Jo said he saw a picture on Facebook of an aunt saying she'd died and gone to heaven. The aunt was being hyperbolic, and she also posted a picture of her surrounded by her grandkids and puppies, to emphasize the heaven part.

Raxx freaked the hell out. To him, it was literal, it was real, that aunt really did post that she had died, and she was in heaven. Raxx had to get home to his family, right then and there. Jenny Jo made him go outside, and he threatened to piss on their door.

Somewhere around the 55 minute mark he bragged about gaining $11k after finishing a mission as if it was a lot of money. I can easily make a million+ in twice the amount of time it took him to finish that one mission.

I mean, from a purely monetary perspective I'd say it's a smart move. The money Marty would make from his paypigs if this ultimately got the Goblin back on panel after the content drought would most likely offset whatever amount he spent on those bots. It'd all depend on how he approaches the Goblin in order to guarantee a successful wrangling, although I don't think it'd be hard, after all, Marty's "I run your life" act has always gotten under his skin and that's exactly the trick he seems to be using rn.

While this is all true, I don't think I've ever seen Marty pay money to ruin his life. He lives up to the cheap stereotype, especially with the goblin. All the craiglist posting? Free. The Xbox he got from that guy? Free.
