This is part of his con. He's called himself a "plural system" for years now, trying to convince the world that there's actually multiple, entirely separate, fully-formed personalities inside his head. Typical tumblr shit. DID isn't remotely the same as the thing he's claiming for himself, but it's something that LARPers like to latch on to as justification for their LARP. He probably bribed or consent-accidented somebody to give him the diagnosis.

At best, Elliot is autistic enough to think that having different, sometimes even conflicting, feelings and opinions means you're "plural" and not just a part of being a human being. It just shows how he's a complete narcissist dumbass.

I've been blackout drunk on a number of occasions and had no memory of several hours' activities, which friends and relatives described to me later in often disturbing and hilarious detail; does that count?

I'm rather surprised that anyone on the Farms thought that Singal would give Blockhead a fair shake. Jessie is still a lefty cuck there was zero chance he'd go hard on Chunky or be fair about what we really do here.

As to Elliot you can clearly see the pure joy in his eyes, he's obviously living his best life and is just brimming over with bonne homme and a sense of fulfillment. I'm 100% sure he doesn't regret trooning out and turning into a hollow husk of a human being.

It should be noted that until the rise of TikTok teens playing make-believe, DID was considered so fucking rare; it wasn't even widely agreed upon that it exists independently of external influence. There's definitely a social contagion aspect to this as before TikTok, DID diagnoses surged after Sybil (which was itself a bullshit case where the psychiatrist's involvement was manufacturing the condition). If not an iatrogenic case, symptoms often overlap with BPD, schizophrenia, etc. But it's seen as a fun condition with mystical "alters" and memory compartmentalization and different personalities, etc. Like all social contagions, it's diagnosed much more frequently in women, although all MH disorders are, so this alone doesn't mean it's not real.

There was a book called The Minds of Billy Milligan that I read as a teen. He was the first person to be found not guilty of rape due to one of his "alters" (a female lesbian IIRC) being the perpetrator. I thought Dicaprio was going to star in a movie adaptation at one point. As a kid, I bought into it, obviously, but I'm sure I'd see it for what it is now.

It was quite big back in the heyday of Tumblr. Our own ADF even claimed to have a bunch of alters years back, except he didn’t really get the concept.

I know it's been pointed out before, but Jesus Christ look at how strong those lenses are on his glasses. Forget his eyes failing due to cancerAIDS, Elliot's eyes are already shot to shit. They distort the area around his eyes so much, half the lenses' area is taken up by the background to the sides of his head. You see it in all his photos, but it's especially noticeable in a closeup.

With all the actual ailments he has, you'd figure he wouldn't have to resort to making up fake ones (I'm sure he has the 'tism, but as mentioned DID is a fucking joke). But then you remember that disabilities are valuable currency to people like Elliot, so the more he has, the better, no matter how retarded and gay they are.
