He also has to deny them for entry level technical positions. As this has a compounding effect. Without hiring local for level 1 support you remove the ability for our best and brightest to become level 2 support, then level 3 support, then IT managers and so on. So then you require even more H1B to fill the higher level positions that now don't exist because you filled all the lower positions with pajeets.I have said this before, but Trump in his first term denied a shitload of H1Bs. He is likely gonna do it again.
The thing about Trump which infuriates his enemies is how blunt he is. He will say something with zero nuance or double meaning, and force people to either agree on it or explain what they actually want. It's why, for example, Israeli Zionists get so mad at him despite his open love for them. When he calls Israel the "greatest ally" he literally means ally. He doesn't hesitate to sit down and demand Israel does things to help the USA because like he literally said they are allies. Allies help each other. If the USA does something to help Israel? Good. But Israel also needs to do something to help the USA back. And this being forced to pay back in more than just bribes and AIPAC campaign funds makes them seethe.
In the case of H1Bs he also means it literally: Best and brightest talent. You are not gonna get away with hiring janitors and cashiers under federal minimum wage with H1Bs, he won't allow that. His immigration people denied a shitload of such visas last time. He literally said so: best and brightest, he meant that in plan and literal sense.
Well, that and the fact we all are having to get used to a marked decrease in our quality of lives (food, clothing, entertainment, durable goods, pretty much everything....) When everyone 'working' is some flavor of nigger, no one wants to deal with that so they stay home more, silently despairing over this diminishment of everything that was decent, and it just doesn't improve. The competency crisis is real and seems irreversible.I wonder how much of corporate America's embrace of woke politics the past decade was just a smokescreen to cover for H1B and other immigrant labor abuse in the name of muh diversity?
Was were the other options again...?So you voted for this?
As a millenial I can not remember anyone saying in my adult life that America is a free country. I challenge any of the posters in this thread to remember the last time any of you heard that phrase.Well, that and the fact we all are having to get used to a marked decrease in our quality of lives (food, clothing, entertainment, durable goods, pretty much everything....) A slow and purposeful decline. I really miss The Before Times, frens. (By that, I mean the first go-around, pre-9/11).
The majority of Americans age 20-45 remember when their parents had dumbass jobs but still somehow afforded a house. They went on vacations and had whatever other luxuries even the lower middle class was able to get.Well, that and the fact we all are having to get used to a marked decrease in our quality of lives (food, clothing, entertainment, durable goods, pretty much everything....) It's an interesting mess that they can't implement competency tests -- because blacks can't pass those, and any discrepancy in how well blacks do on something is automatically racism by definition -- so instead they just forced everything to require a 4 year degree to try and filter people outI wonder how much of corporate America's embrace of woke politics the past decade was just a smokescreen to cover for H1B and other immigrant labor abuse in the name of muh diversity?
I heard it from elderly boomer relatives and some neocons on this site. Does that count? Heard it a lot less since the Biden regime and scamdemic really pulled the mask off, but I still occasionally hear it.As a millenial I can not remember anyone saying in my adult life that America is a free country. They said it a lot during the Bush II years but it was all superfluous. As a millenial I can not remember anyone saying in my adult life that America is a free country. I challenge any of the posters in this thread to remember the last time any of you heard that phrase.
Yeah, they decided national pride (for Americans) was the same as "white pride" or other forbidden belief systems around the late Obama / early Trump era. It wasn't even a subtle shift, it occurred around the same time as all the other culture warrior shit, 2012-2014ish, alongside GamerGate et all, as the indoctrination bomb went off. They said it a lot during the Bush II years but it was all superfluous.
Dropped off a lot during the Obama years.
And it was de facto outlawed during the Trump years unless you were a cross burning racist or something.
The first one is wrong. Paypal was founded by the merger of Musk's X.com financial services company and Levchin and co's Confinity digital wallet company. They're both "founders" of Paypal because of that. The rest doesn't matter. Musk has never hidden that his primary contribution to these things is his money and bizarre demands. It's enough to point out that he's a weird autist who can't read the room without tying yourself in knots about the way he spent his money.
Paypal existed before Musk and X.com came along. As soon as Musk became involved he quickly alienated everyone to the point they tried to kick him out. His initial fortune resulted from their payoff to go away. The first one is wrong. Damn. Premature baldness Musk hits way different. I don't think I've ever seen him in that state before.Paypal existed before Musk and X.com came along. Oh no. A mild cold is sweeping Chinar. Looks like we'll have to shut down all immigration from Asia until we figure out what's going on.Hey uhh, something old, something new was just cooked up in the Wuhan lab.

One thing I’ll say about warp speed was that it did hamper the dem plans. I believe the original plan was for us to do the lockdown tyranny for years and years and years, warp speed undercut that. It opened up a new can of worms when dems did a 180 on it and used it as another cudgel for oppression and power tripping. I remember when Kamala and shitlibs in general were bragging was bragging how she’d never take a rushed dangerous drumpf vax.People give Trump a lot of shit for Warp Speed, but ignore that it was intended to loosen up restrictions on pharmaceutical development and help with the creation of a vaccine. To that end, it was a success. What he didn't account for was stuff like states mandating vaccine requirements, pharmaceutical companies cutting corners, and OSHA being used as a cudgel. The issues people have about Warp Speed, honestly, have nothing to do with Warp Speed as it was developed.
This is the real problem. Businesses fail because of poor management/leadership. And they're supposed to be replaced by more competent ones who make or do a better service. But there isn't anyone doing this. It's just one shitty product after another and they're all failing. The competency crisis is real and seems irreversible.
