Joe Biden giving out awards to completely random people while his admin announces a whopping $8 billion to Israel in the last two weeks of his presidency is one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. This feels like the Dems accepting that they aren't going to be back in power for a long, long time, so they need to finalize all their shady dealings before any loose ends are left. Which is weird because Trump's definitely going to keep the money flowing.

But aside from that, what a strange final month. No speeches about the economy, or infrastructure, just fucking going out radio silent. I don't think we were supposed to see Joe at all this month. Were it not for all these terrorist attacks recently, he wouldn't have popped out to say a word to us.

I voted for the best of two possible options. I had no delusions that I was voting for a theoretical perfect golden Trump that exists only in my mind and/or the fever dreams of /pol/ regulars.

Will he fuck up? Sometimes yes. Will he do better than Kamala? Absolutely yes.

I really would be interested to see how many people fall into this camp, I know I do.

At the very least, Trump is more fun and feel-good than Kamala Harris and the Democrats. Trump was doing photoshoots at McDonald's and renting garbage trucks to drive around. Harris and her acolytes were telling everyone the fucking sky is falling. When your options are an asshole who will do some of the things you like and has fun, or a mirthless cunt who will hurt you 100% and brag about it, the choice is pretty obvious.

Civil asset forfeiture, seize all their assets, and make them sue to get it back. Either we make enough money to deport them, or we get Civil Asset forfeiture banned.

I'd argue she crippled the party further than Hillary's loss in 2016. People say that Kamala was WORSE than Hillary in 2016, and you cannot deny that. I'd be amazed if Kamala is STILL involved in government over time. Maybe if she writes a book to save herself.

Many of y’all wanted to see him outlive Joe Biden- a very funny outcome, had it happened. Others were hoping to see him outlive Bill Clinton, after Bill’s recent health scare.

Trump is a pressure release valve, someone who actually wanted to(and did with much resistance) try to address the many issues and problems the country and the government have. But with Establishment digging their heels in and chickens coming home to roost(The propped up economy finally coming close to falling as one example) the next person to get the support of the angry and ignored may very well be less a release valve and someone bringing an axe to the tank.

I would agree with you there. Hillary trying to say #itsmyturn led to a lot of fuckery and a lot of purging, but there were still some remnants that remained that were able to appeal beyond the core DNC base and make some sort of change for better or for worse, but they all either got forced out of the party or made to follow the party line to put Biden in and today all that's left of the party are the theater kids who nobody is excited for. They also burned through way more money as well both numberwise and percentagewise, as while Hillary spending lots of money to try and win 2016 was not chump change by any means as it was the most amount of money that any campaign had spent up to that point, Kamala basically sent the party into debt with the amount of money spent the same way that it gave off vibes of John Flynt spending all of his congressional money on bikes, Porsches, and gas.

My best guess is that the only reason why she hasn't gone fully quiet yet is because the DNC has nobody that they could realistically run so they have to throw a scapegoat and she's the perfect one. That's assuming that they don't try to put her as Governor of California to keep her contained.

Frankly, once somebody turns 100 or so. At that point, I'm just curious how much longer they can live and what they can do in that extra time.

I also hope Mel Brooks and Dick van Dyke are able to make it to 100

Kamala is not a scapegoat: she fucked up big time. She had the media behind her, the establishment behind her, she had major Democrat players endorse her, her campaign received an incredible amount of money, major donors backed her, and she still lost. You can't even argue that Trump getting shot sealed the deal because insiders reported that the Harris campaign's internal polling never had her ahead. Clinton can say she won the popular vote.

Harris fucked up so badly that it's not funny to a lot of people.

Writing a book that then ends up mysteriously selling millions of copies in China to an anonymous/untraceable buyer and ending up in some warehouse in rural china only happens when the DNC wants to reward someone for a job well done.
