To be charitable, could just be a dumbass fanboy thing like how Andrew Tate fanboys act like they have luxury cars and women fawning at their feet. Fanboys of rich people would act like they are just as successful as their idol since they view their idol as an equal when they aren't.

Although I do think Adrian is Elon, I don't think Elon admitting it in this context is proof enough in and out of itself, he does have the personality to make this kind of claim if it means he will get even more attention. I mean his whole career is build out of taking credit for other people's work. He'd take credit even for someone else being a lolcow.

Well it was in Season 20 where Elon Musk played himself, unfortunately it is hard to find a clip of it on youtube so it is best to seek the episode for yourself if you're curious,.
