Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

I don't understand why Night Mind even tells his viewers to watch the ARGs when he reuploads them in full with his basic summaries. It's like a reaction YouTuber telling people to check out a video for themselves after they've just seen it.
I saw the video, and Nightmind really just did his usual schtick of attempting to act like a fatherly figure, He also even just goes over the entirety of the Alex Bale ARG with playing clips that might as well be a substitute for watching the show. He even replays the same clips later on to make some deep point later on.

Then he derails to discussing Alex Bale's channel to overanalyze his previous works acting like it is a new thing that a filmmaker would reuse old ideas that they had in earlier works to be used again in newer things. Like this is not something unique to Alex Bale, yet Nightmind is acting like he is the first one to do it.

I can name many Western and Eastern creators who do this type of thing and it is the idea of using old ideas to improve upon them especially if it was something that the creator really liked as a concept.

Nightmind also goes on a whiny lecture about how content about pre-established IPs and such would get more views than original projects, crying about how it is unfair and the worst thing to ever happen.

Which that is really ironic since I don't know if Nightmind himself is aware of this but let's look at Alex Bale's Don't Feed the Muse project (it excludes all the Happy Meat Farms, Crazy Carl, and Cynical Critic stuff)

Now let's look at Nightmind's video

Now it would be cool to do this type of media analysis to see how a creator changes overtime or how the ideas they had is reincorporated into later. However, Nightmind makes extremely pretentious statements that he acts like are definitive and continues to act like an authority.

It's funny he bitches about recognizable content making more views than original stuff, yet Nightmind's entire career is him being a parasite off of other people's art projects where he unironically plays entire clips of it. Sure he provides the links to it, but his content might as well be a substitute for the horror series he covers.

EDIT: Most based comment

Also this is fucking correct, Nightmind is basically spelling out the theme that was blatant in the original ARG, like that's literally the whole meaning of Alex calling himself the "Spongebob Guy" it wasn't a fucking grand twist.

Isn't he like late 20s? I don't know why he is so invested with being the ARG community's E-Daddy unless he is way older.

I get the impression that NM isn't a film buff, an avid reader, music fan, or even a gamer. I'm not sure what kind stuff he enjoys outside of furry and Vtuber shit, but it really seems like he watches just ARGs with how easily he gets impressed and does his dad praises for the most basic things.

Well Nick has been around since 2015 and given his voice and the type of stuff he covered at the time, I think he's in his 30s.

Yeah like don't get me wrong, it is interesting how Alex Bale incorporated stuff from his earlier work into his modern content, but Nightmind acts like this is a unique 4D Chess move when it isn't. Like it doesn't help he acts like he found the secret theme of "people only like stuff based on established things instead of original projects" when that theme was very in your face in Alex's SpongeBob guy ARG. It either feels like Nightmind is pretty dumb or he wanted to increase the video length.

Anyone care at this point about this?
The answer is super anti climatic. The guy hosting this is some religious schizo recording his mentally handicapped daughter. Why he's posting about her who knows but he claims to have the lost Mormon book of Lehi and that your diet can cure autism. 0/10 internet mystery.

Another boring ARG, sadly gave up halfway through
it almost feels like a paid promotion at this point
I felt the same way. Once he said "This is the spookiest analog horror ever!!" I got bored and turned it off. I need this genre to die off it makes me embarrassed I ever enjoyed Monument Mythos a few years ago.

Surprisingly this was actually tolerable since it is covering something I genuinely never heard of before, and I don't feel like I'm getting substituted content by watching this. But Nexpo still does the obnoxious pauses that are done to sound dramatic which he needs to stop.

Otherwise, this is a rare good video from Nexpo, unless the stink of that Nightmind video is making this look good by comparison.

For easy karma I asked the YouTube drama subreddit about channels they dislike that don't have any controversy and Nexpo came up a lot. Looks like even normies can't stand his drawn out narration.

On the topic of overused troupes, is it just me that notices a pattern when it comes to the ‘antagonists’ in these projects.
Like it’s either a monster or some human like creature with a tall/thin neck or some furry oc.

I don’t think I ever seen a project use something like a slime ball monster of some sorts but then again gotta make money off the tiktok hype ig

New Dire Trip and a collection of stories. I share the sentiment; what in the name of a dyke's used underwear is a power lesbian?
Anyway, election brainrot taken to its most extreme degree.

The reason why she killed her dad is that he turned on the light while she was busy seething and coping in the room, watching Trump winning the election. He might not even have voted for Trump. The election just seemed to cause a massive fucking breakdown where a lamp fucked her up. The wife is a complete retard too, joking around and being friendly with her spouse who just murdered a guy because he turned on some lamps. And the bitch is a journalist and writer.

Yikes.

Edit: the pizza story is absolutely insane. I have mentioned it before but you know that feeling you get when you see or hear something so unbelievably bizarre that you don't even know how to react? Yeah, this is one of them.

Slicing someone's stomach open because they put pepperoni instead of chorizo on your pizza or whatever is beyond unhinged.

Its a lesbian that can deal critical hits on any domestic violence rolls of the same gender
I'll be the judge of that

My guy makes good videos, if only he would stop covering analog horror slop. I don't get it, man. I don't get it. This is like what, the third-fourth analog horror based on Spongebob?? Spongebob out of all things.

what is it with people making spooky shit out of SpongeBob like I can understand if it was something like Scooby doo or something but SpongeBob out of all things!?

The squidward creepypasta’s doomed all horror projects

A litmus test of how young/retarded someone is: ask them if they found the ending credits of Spongebob scary. It is a thing and I'm not going to throw rocks because when I was really young Klasky Csupo and DNA Productions' 'Hi, I'm Paul' made me hide behind a pillow like a little bitch. They grew on me but I was a weird kid that was scared of silly gross shit like Mr Meaty.

Spongebob is special because it is universally present in Gen Z's culture and is a thing we overthink. Take those little, calm moments in it and chances are some retard with attention issues started to ponder mortality right at that moment.
