I hate everyone in the fat retard podcast. Maybe except Wings because he did this while the fake cancer faggot was doing his thing.

Wings is the only one that can be mildly entertaining. For the other 2 I would love nothing more than for them to take a long drive off of a short cliff, Thelma and Louise style.

Before he said he was in his karaoke room, when asked why he didn't have his camera, he said "we're not going to talk about it." A strange way to make an entrance.

It's probably because his janny soter who helped with his IT left and he's too retarded to get it setup and doesn't want to embarrass himself.

The pictures of the house from the 2018 sale are still up on realtor.com, but other sites already removed them.
The archive of the realtor.com website does not work properly and the pictures are not visible, so I downloaded them all and you can find them uploaded here. (I expect realtor will also remove them soon, so losing them would be very sad)
It will be very fun to compare what the place looked like before Nick and Kayla let it decay.

Pictures of "12291 51st St NE, Spicer, MN 56288, USA" pre 2018 sale below.

What a nice home! Sure is a shame the whole site is a biohazard now.
I really hope that interested parties find out that the owners of "12291 51st St NE, Spicer, MN 56288, USA" are drug addicts, currently charged with felony drug possession and child endangerment. The house is rumored to be ill maintained and filthy. It surely isn't worth the asking price and might need prohibitively expensive repairs to make it inhabitable for people with basic cleanliness requirements.

I really, really hate that orange hue on the majority of the wood in the house... is that its natural color with a bright sealant or a varnish? I also really hate the million different types of wood and veneer, specially in a single room, like on that bathroom with the spa; it comes out looking like things were installed at different times.
I kind of know what you mean. I don't mind orange wood, but it kinda clashes with the color of the roof there.

It might just be the pictures being oversaturated and color corrected that makes it look this awful.
The pictures are clearly run through filters to normalize lighting and colors to a degree, otherwise the rooms would not all looks this uniform.
So its possible it looks better in person.

But yeah, in general the furniture does clash with the wood color, really does not look great.

One additional thing. The mortgagor (Balldo's trust) can unilaterally POSTPONE the sheriff's sale for five months. This shortens the post-sale redemption period to five weeks. The advantage of this is it extends the time in which the mortgagor (Balldo's trust) can REINSTATE the mortgage by paying the past-due amount + costs. Minn. Stat. § 580.07.

This came to mind, but on a closer look it turns out that Nick hilariously fucked himself out of that option too:

580.07 POSTPONEMENT....
Subd. 2. Postponement by mortgagor or owner. (a) If all or a part of the property to be sold is classified as homestead under section 273.124 and contains one to four dwelling units, the mortgagor or owner may, in the manner provided in this subdivision, postpone the sale to the first date that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday and is:
(1) five months after the originally scheduled date of sale if the original redemption period was six months under section 580.23, subdivision 1;...
Minn. Stat. § 580.07

That incorporation of Section 273.124 is clearly not concerned with the fact pattern of actual occupancy like "homestead" means in other contexts, and instead is limited to a granted application for homestead classification for property tax purposes. As has been noted ITT long ago, Nick for some reason continued to leave the homestead classification in place for the non-foreclosed house next door for years after he had already moved out:

FalseHomestead.jpg

Leaving aside whether it may have been fraudulent to benefit from cheaper taxes during all the time that "homestead" was in fact occupied by non-relative renters or the sidepiece, this homestead selection was always baffling because Minn. Stat. § 273.124(21) could have allowed homestead classification of the foreclosed trust-owned property based on the settlor's occupancy if the right criteria are met, but there's no need to get into weeds on eligibility because he was just too doggone busy to get around to it:

1736181648641.png

So now on top of everything else, the non-practicing lawyer's big-brained scheme to cheat the taxman has inadvertently forfeited his right to force foreclosure postponement. Just keep the laughs coming, Balldoboy! :story:

How does a bathroom get this bad, looks like fucking rust

1) Buy an expensive water treatment system
2) Don't maintain said system for years and never look at it.
3) Don't question what is happening when the rust starts to visibly build on all surfaces. Just tell yourself "I'm busy driving my kids around. I don't have time to deal with this. Someone else will eventually deal with it because I can't handle adult responsibilities"

Real estate bubble still going strong, despite big expectations for it to crash, guess we will have to wait for the banks to go belly up for it to finally happen.

We fixed that problem in the aftermath of 2008. Massive amounts of real estate are now hidden on the books of private equity and investment entities who are free to assign just about any value they wish to it and can deny almost all fund redemptions indefiniately.

This time the bubble will continue to inflate right up to the point where these entities no longer have enough cash to meet basic expenses.

The entire real estate economy these days operates in a very similar way to how Nick's personal finances operate.

LOL LOL LOL

He didn't even homestead it? What a fucking retard.

(Note to self: Do not ever again assume even minimum competency from Balldo)

These pictures look so ominous, especially compared to the previous photos. Reminds me of a Silent Hill level

If the guest house had bathrooms coated with grime imagine what the main house with filthy Nick living there looks like.
