Isn't it weird how Antifa goes completely inactive when it would be disastrous for the Democrats for them to commit their acts of terror? It's almost like they're directly controlled by the DNC itself.

I don't think they're directly controlled as many of them are a level of crazy that you cannot manage. However, if Soros or the DNC don't pay to have them bussed in to town it's rather difficult for them to attend a protest given they have no ability to get there themselves and even a small group might struggle to come up with gas money or transportation. Just arrange the transportation, food, and perhaps a small stipend they can use to buy drugs and they're totally in though. That's about all they really need to do to get that batch of useful idiots to engage in hooliganism. That or get some of their college-aged staffers to start some kind of occupied protest so the Antifa members have a place to sleep when their friends or family get sick of them and they're between couches for a few days.

You have to really wonder what the slags at the View have on the higher ups at ABC. Endless shit like this, along with constantly having to read apologies and retractions, along with Whoopi's batshit ramblings, and you have to imagine that this can't be fun for the network.

The View started it's life as a glorified vanity project for Barbara Walters to keep her happy and stop her from starting shit with Diane Sawyer every couple of months. After a rough start and the hiring of Lisa Ling, the show became a moderately healthy show ratings-wise to the point that it is now just background noise for the network, a legacy show that is cheap to make and who's controversies keep it in the news and remind people that it's still running.

Donald Trump Jr. plans Greenland visit as father's interest resurfaces

COPENHAGEN/WASHINGTON, Jan. 6 (Reuters) - Donald Trump Jr. is expected to visit Greenland on Tuesday, a local government official told Reuters two weeks after Trump's father, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, expressed interest in gaining control over the vast Arctic island.

No meetings were scheduled with representatives of the Greenlandic government, the island's permanent secretary for foreign affairs, Mininnguaq Kleist, told Reuters: "We have not been briefed on the nature of his program, and therefore this is a private visit."

A source familiar with the trip told Reuters that Trump Jr. is planning a one-day visit to shoot video content for a podcast and that he would not meet with any government officials or political figures.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Greenland, an autonomous territory of Denmark with a population of just 57,000, boasts mineral, oil and natural gas wealth. But development has been slow, leaving its economy reliant on fishing and annual subsidies from Denmark.

The capital, Nuuk, is closer to New York than the Danish capital, Copenhagen.

President-elect Trump already expressed interest in buying Greenland during his 2017-2021 term but was publicly rebuffed by Greenlandic and Danish authorities before any conversations could take place.

Two weeks ago, Trump said on Truth Social that "the ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity."

Last week, Greenland Prime Minister Mute Egede in his New Year speech stepped up a push for independence from Denmark, saying the island must break free from "the shackles of colonialism" and shape its own future, albeit without mentioning the United States.
