Quoting is having issues, but RE: school loans, anyone with a pulse can get federal loans. Getting a bachelor's degree is still almost certainly a Russhole fantasy though.
I still think he was probably planning on doing one of the unaccredited correspondence law schools in California that will admit people with only an associate's degree, but then decided against it for some reason, possibly because he'd have to wait years at best to practice law outside of California (assuming he could pass the California bar to begin with, or even the "baby bar" that students at those schools are required to take at the end of their 1L year).
If he does get attempt to get a BA, I desperately hope it's at an in-person institution so we get the inevitable public interactions with him.

It would go really well for Rekieta if he fired the dude (Randazza) sabotaging his case, because Montagraph's lawyer is doing his best to fuck up as well by admitting on record that there isn't any evidence for damages for the defamation claim, and any damage from the IIED tort hasn't happened yet. The address fraud is something to poke at as well, but I suppose it's much too difficult to ask the Judge to refund them over blatant abuse that resulted in the Defense having to spend tons of money on arguments that very quickly became moot after the fraud was revealed.

This reminded me of a time in the late 90's when everybody and their dog was going on about the Microsoft certifications and how getting an MCSE would mean you'd be offered a job on the spot in any corporation. And... at the start it was when it was still guys in the industry that were getting it. Then it got to be over saturated and even the guys working on the help desk all had them. A certification or a degree doesn't get you a job. At best it gets your foot in the door. And if it's worthless, like an associates degree or something like an MCP then that's nobody's fault but your own.
Russtard couldn't get a real job because he didn't have any skills or knowledge worth speaking of and seemed to think he was practically a lawyer.
While technically illegal... people still do it. And some have come up with rather ingenious ways to live there. Russtard however wouldn't be able to do so as he'd probably get caught trying to bring a hooker back to his unit.
