To me Ian and Anisa are so interesting because they have their heads buried in the sand. There are other washed up YouTubers who keep making content for smaller and smaller amounts of fans, and who resort to political content in an attempt to stay relevant. Look at Tobuscus, he used to be at the top of the game of children's YouTubers. Now he rants about how Trump will save the world in his car to 500 people. At least he seems to recognize he is washed up and doesn't act high and mighty.

Anisa and Ian seem to think they've still got a chance and all they need to do is release one banger of a video or podcast and it's back to living largely off creator clash money and hobnobbing with Hasan. When will they accept CC3 won't happen, and it's all because of how they fucked up CC2? And if by some miracle it does happen, none of the headliners will come back. No one that will being a crowd will be willing to risk training for months at the expense of their own channel to compete in a tournament run by a duo who get 500 views on a podcast and 700k views on a video on a good day. I think he means that OnlyFangs are playing on a new server instead of the Hardcore server from a few months back. Blizzard released Anniversary Classic realms so there's three different versions of Classic - Vanilla Classic which has a hardcore mode with permadeath, Cataclysm Classic where I don't think there are hardcore servers for and Anniversary Classic, which is like Vanilla Classic but it's going to eventually move into other expansions and they have hardcore servers for this version as well.

TL;DR - OnlyFangs moved on to playing the Anniversary hardcore mode because content creators gotta farm the latest thing. Idubbbz is as usual too slow to grab onto the latest thing.
