Sort of? What longitudinal medical studies re: rotdogs are extant are definitely limited to ~5 years but charitably that could be due to budget restraints rather than the limited lifespan of phalloplasties.

OTOH, what we know about phalloplasties suggests that many of the grafts don't live very long, many of them have distal pieces resected 'cause of poor circulation, and the pooners who get erectile implants often find they push through the skin pretty soon after recovery because pooner skin is more fragile than tissues of the natal penis, which are like rubbah.

So idk, phalloplasty longevity is certainly a field where more data is needed... assuming you want to keep having phallo'd pooners
