To be fair, Stella's voice actor is actually british whereas Stolas and Octavia are played by American theater actors trying to put on a british accent. But they can come across as annoying more for the voice direction given, and Stella is the worst of this since ignoring the fan stuff and how she can be interpreted as a character, she's a mustache twirling villain who can be grating if we're being serious.
In S1, the only appearances of Stella was of her yelling so it makes sense for her voice to come off as more grating. But even then, it wasn't as bad as S2, when even when she wasn't yelling, it sounded like she was. But this is true for pretty much every character from S1 to S2. Everyone just sounds so much whiny.
A guy in a taxi or something calls the spider a faggot, and he responds with "Oh, so orignal—"; I don't know what he says after that because I left the room.
Honestly, if Travis did straight up call Angel Dust a full on faggot, it probably would have been funnier since not only would it have been unexpected but also would fit into the setting of this world because this is Hell. No one is policing their language. And then Angel Dust responding the way he does would work here because he's probably used to people calling him that, and that being the worst thing you can think to call him is just nothing to him.
The original pilot alastor was "chill friendly polite but still very clearly evil guy who could kill everyone in the room at any given time but doesn't because he's clearly sticking around because he finds the concept fucking funny." Basically the "closest thing to traditional devil" type of character. I don't even know what the fuck he's supposed to be in broadway/hollywood actor voiceover #503205 voice acted show and I don't think they know anymore either.
They really should have minimized their use of Alastor in the show. In the original pitch bible, he's not even really the main focus in any episode. He should have been relegated to a threat to the characters; the guy who can offer an easy way out of any conflict. That way the characters have to refuse the temptation, and overcome the problem themselves. A bit cliche, sure, but definitely better than having Vaggie being so gung-ho about how they should be wary of Alastor in the pilot, only to immediately make a deal with him in the next episode.

How did autistic people as a race go from MLP to this?
I remember when YouTube cartoon reviewer and cringelord RebelTaxi called Hazbin Hotel “this generation’s Homestuck”. Hazbin is more of this generation’s Black Cauldron - it exists, but caused no cultural impact, has virtually no presence outside its fan circles and is considered to be a waisted potential.

Don't do the black cauldron dirty like that, INFAMOUS case of Disney higher ups intentionally trying to sabotage a movie their own fucking company was making. Black cauldron had a cultural impact for that shit alone, the end movie somehow being ok-ish standard adventure movie fare otherwise.

Fair. This generation’s Pagemaster then?

Nah pagemaster wasn't gay sex melodrama sad times. The homestuck thing is accurate but probably not for the reason the guy intended if he was just talking about popularity. Both were comedy series that after getting popular were subverted into boring melodrama about characters being gay.

“Gay sex melodrama sad times” was the exact reason I dropped Homestuck. I’ve already got everything I needed from the first few chapters so I could get all the references in image board dumps by the time I’ve reached the comic’s Homosuck phase.

I mean Homestuck is a very apt comparison with very similar fandoms and how the outsiders perceive it

Aella doesn't get horny or like sex, have you read her thread? It's just man-made horrors nothing to do with lust, an actual sex demon would be less disturbing.
Okay, I tried to read it a while back, and it left me feeling violated. I just don’t follow a lot of whore or lust cows outside of updates on some artcows. And Tess Hoolliday I guess.
