She’s trying to focus on fundamentals like form, color, and anatomy, but never studies. Like others suggested, she’s probably one of those people that take pictures of themselves for references, or staples them together without considering the bigger picture. That’s why in the most recent drawing her left arm is broken, knees look like pooner scars, or the perspective is off in so many of them. Those things aren’t “sexy.” Her art is what happens when you focus on cool poses and “style” above all else. The details fight each other and the whole piece comes out a mess. Even Salem is a weird amalgamation of things Autumn likes with no concern for coherence or ideas.
The same can be said with other Artcows like Birdie, infact the mouse drawing and Salem drawing seem traced from one another. Either she got lazy or actually has a base to go off of, but I'm more convinced she traced the mouse drawing for the Salem one because she got Lazy.
That’s what sticks out about Autumn to me. She’s not like Emily who’s a complete retard, or Vivzie who grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. Autumn can, theoretically, draw and use fundamentals, she probably got complacent, forgot, and started chasing the coom dragon instead. She doesn’t have it in her to change course for long, let alone for good.
