There's something slightly familiar to this thread, when you see Nino the illegal immigrant shaming Trump for receiving an illegal donation. The hypocrisy from the TLL team is never ending and it makes me wish he was still in detention, even if I'm no a-log.

Also, I'm pretty sure that if, for each post Nino shared, he took one phone call from the TLL queue, their 7% response rate would double. But I guess she's much too busy for that, gotta keep social mediaing. Way too busy to get her immigration papers in order too...

Thing is, from what I understand, it's not that Trump wants to keep obamacare's pre-existing conditions, it's that the Republican party is pushing to remove it.

It's still up in the air, but they've already started the process of removing Obamacare by passing legislation to go after the funding.

Btw, I had an epiphany. TLL said they were going to hire a real therapist/psychiatrist to help with the phones, but ...

"California law requires "mandatory reporters" to report known cases of child abuse, prohibiting California social workers, therapists and psychologists from working with Trans LifeLine.[15]"

There's no way they can do that. At least not in California. They'd have to hire a transgendered registered therapist outside of California for around ~$80,000 a year.

I was under the impression that they were looking into hiring a shrink to counsel their phone operators, not to deal with the callers themselves.
