okay I got word about this thread and I just want to make it clear that I know Eden in real life because of a good friend of mine tells me some shit about him and the list ill give you is what edens ex friend told me and its pretty fucked up. sorry if my english is bad it isnt my first language but i got so much shit with this tranny.

First she told me that the first day she met eden she gave him a blow job then a few months later they both went to pridefest (this one i was witnessed to it) eden went to go get a free std check and my friend S asked him if he was clean and eden without any hesitation turned towards her and said that was none of her business which in my opinion it was since she sucked your nasty ass dick and she went go get checked and thankfully came out clean but tells me she wouldnt touch him again.

second time with the same friend S she was hosting a party at her house and had alcohol there and she kinda made it clear people could bring their own alcohol and to not touch her vodka. well eden comes right in and starts chugging S's alcohol and gets what he said was "wasted" then proceeds to fuck S's boyfriend and edens fatman girlfriend victoria recorded her and posted photos of S to her porn group on facebook, eden basically acts like nothing is wrong and tells S to get over it. then a month later accuses S of letting her boyfriend rape him while he was drunk. Because that makes perfect sense? S's boyfriend was wasted but of course cis males arent ever victims.

third most fucked up thing she told me was eden, kim, victoria, and a lot more im not wasting my time trying to remember their names gave S shit for being a girl and made her feel like she was victimizing them so to get rid of their passive aggressive hate she would have to lie and say she was gender fluid so they would treat her better.
S has since broken away from this crazy bitch and has a lot to say about him but sadly she has half of edens tranny partners breathing down her back so she wont misgender or talk bad about them

my friend S has no idea im posting these on here but i honestly really dislike eden and im glad he got this shit.

Isn't passing an STD onto someone without alerting them beforehand illegal by law somehow?

I'm kind of curious why your friend even sticks around them if they're that big on harassing her, unless they have dirt on her. Plus with pornography considered unwanted content on FB, they could lose their accounts to bans, if you're telling the truth here as well.

I think it depends on the STD in question. Willingly infecting someone with HIV is manslaughter in some states, I believe.

I doubt even Zach is that vile. If anything probably herpes or like HPV. Most people get HPV at one point though, but unless it's HIV/AIDS, STDs aren't a huge deal but Zach's a dick for not telling what it was if that's the case.

Adding onto wew lad's info, there's also the argument that not alerting someone of an STD can be considered rape, since someone can't technically consent to the risk of contracting a disease they don't know about. Whether or not that holds up in a court of law, so as to punish the infecting party, definitely depends on the state and the circumstances though.
