Part of me hopes that THIS would wake Californians (and the rest the country) up on these type of people being in charge of your welfare, taxes and take action when all this dissipates. A phoenix rising from the ashes of a broken city.

Trump, 78, possibly wary of cameras facing the pair as they sat shoulder to shoulder, cautioned Obama, 63, that they would have to “find a quiet place” later in the day to discuss a “matter of importance,” according to forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman.
It’s unclear what precisely that conversation would entail, but Freeman’s translation indicated that Obama and Trump may have been discussing international agreements.
At one point, Trump leaned toward Obama and said, “I’ve pulled out of that. It’s the conditions. Can you imagine that?”
Obama laughed as Trump added, “and after, I will,” before the pooled TV camera feed cut away from the men, who were bracketed by former first lady Laura Bush and Trump’s wife Melania.
“Call me at the foy after, yep,” Trump replied to Obama during their exchange, possibly referring to the National Cathedral’s foyer.
Obama then said, “can you just … it should be good”
I can’t talk, we have to find a quiet place sometime. This is a matter of importance and we need to do this outside so that we can deal with it, certainly, today,” Trump said, as Obama nodded.
The lip reader also interpreted Obama as saying “listen to me, it’s a chore, a chore” — though the context didn’t make clear what he was referencing — and Trump replying, “Yeah, right. I can’t think of anything that’s a chore.”

I feel like Obama resents that the Democrats used him as a token-black stepping stone to run objectively shit candidates in the future to try to get more "firsts" so he just likes to see the party get embarrassed now.
He would have know that Hilary didn't stand a chance in 2016 because she's an unlikeable cunt. He would have seen how they panicked and just threw Joe out there in 2020 as a safe bet even though he wasn't fit to serve. He would have been furious that they ran Kamala because she hadn't a hope of winning and Big Mike would have stood a better chance than her.
They took his legacy and shat all over it. They turned his presidency into a circus with the idea of: "well, if we can get a darkie into the White House then we can get a woman or, even better, a darkie woman in there next time".
He knows Trump is a bullshitter but he is the most honest bullshitter he's ever met. Barrack pissed down everyones leg and told them it was raining with his multiple wars and mass deportations even though he was one of the "good" guys in the medias eyes.
Obama probably admires Trump as the first genuine open fucking lunatic to get elected. He says shit that Obama wishes he could have said during his term because, fuck it, this is what the people voted for.

Didn't consider that but Obama was the guy who was running Iran policy for the Biden admin. Obama's legacy was the Iran deal and Trump ruined that, I don't think Obama would laugh at anything relating to Iran. Probably referring to something else.
