I disagree. Unlike the Americans and Europeans who keep putting up with a broken system, the Chinese actually have the fucking balls to tell their government and their society that enough is enough.

They're braver than Razorfist. That's not saying much, but at least they can see the writing on the wall instead of continuing to work in a broken system.

I heard it's happened in Japan, but America and Europe have welfare systems, so there's no problem there. In America, it's probably cheaper to have no job and mooch off Medicaid, which is state-sponsored, as opposed to having a stable job and being forced to pay for health insurance from a company that would just rip you off the moment you need them.

That's another thing; Razorfist hates the government above all things, but the private side of healthcare is known for ripping people off and leaving paying customers to die horribly despite extracting fortunes from them.

I recently finished Black Myth Wukong, as a big time Ninja Gaiden and Soulsborne fag I liked it a lot

I loved finding lovingly made secrets in every chapter and the insane amount of content that I got for $60 with very little in the way of reused assets

Unline Dannyboy I don't care about Gamescience's politics even if I abhor communism, and just liked the game being a genuinely well crafted experience and have almost zero knowledge of the controversy like Dannyboy is saying is the main selling point

Not only that, but the fact is, if we're to hate Black Myth Wukong for coming from a Communist country, then Danny-boy ought to hate Elric for coming from Michael Moorcock, who is farther to the Left than Alan Moore. He should also hate French bandes dessinées, since the French are so far to the Left that their version of Right-wing is basically Leftist from our perspective.

I never said anything about Lies of P. I never played it. I actually thought the character was a girl at first. I just found Wukong to be overhyped by one side and overly hated by the other, like with Stellar Blade.

Related but that part about copying Japanese games. Does Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero count in terms of that? Haven't played either but those two seem successful.

No amount of water would have stopped that fire. Once a fire like that builds momentum there is no amount of water we can throw at it that will stop it, even if you had water going the entire time it would have been like pissing into a roaring bonfire. I know it is an easy thing for people to claim is a problem, but it really isn't, fire disrupts water flow in plumbing as mass burst pipes leads to depressurization in the system, which results in no water. Unfortunate reality of wild fires hitting a populated area.

However, where the blame lies with the Californian government will be in neglecting fire management. They didn't build in fire breaks (areas of grass with no vegetation), I bet they haven't back burned in years, I guarantee that the State of California has cut budgets to fire departments or has refused to consolidate fire departments (as a larger single fire department can afford better equipment and co-ordinate better). There probably are no plans to influence the direction should a fire occur (through fire breaks and backburning you create a zone where the fire is more likely to burn due to having more fuel and better conditions to burn hopefully diverting it away {though this doesn't always work}) The mistakes have been made over years, and it will be the result of laziness, cost cutting and not prioritizing fire safety. I could sit down and bore the shit out of all of you about bush fires and how they should be managed, but in my own experience the complete and utter fuck ups are made in the months and years proceeding the fire that are the ones that mattered.

The Democrats in California definitely wear the blame for this, but I am going to flat-out caution people that saying the water not working is their fault because it is in my opinion spin from the California Democrats. They're getting people to focus on a stupid point so they can come back weeks later with an "um actually" and hope that the people who are smart enough to realize this shut up with embarrassment and remain quiet leaving only complete fucking idiots criticizing them for something that occurs when fires hit a populated area. The Dems of California fucked people over by neglecting to risk manage this scenario, that is the true problem, don't give them the easy out by arguing the retarded "Oh they ran out of water" they are wanting you too.
