Speaking as someone with experience of corporate social media, I can tell you that YouTube has more appropriate avenues to deal with this matter, and the first thing their lawyers will ask you is whether you have used these.

What has been said that’s defamatory? These channels largely repost your own footage, as far as I can tell. It’s not possible for that to be defamatory. At least one of the channels hosts parody videos, but they are clearly labelled as such. And again, the basis of those parodies is your footage and things you, personally, have admitted to. This is not possible. In your own words, the basis of your allegation for “gender-based hate speech” is that you claim to be “intersex.” This is not a gender identity, but one of a number of medical conditions. The specific medical condition you claim to have is Swyer syndrome, which 1) you do not and 2) would make you male.

Also it’s not defamation if it’s true. You literally have admitted to fucking a child multiple times. You have called the police, live on stream, and told them you raped a child. They said she could charge you and have you locked up.

This is happening on three channels and the violations are all in the titles and descriptions, as well as captions placed in various parts of the video. I am a transgender intersex person and their description of me is as an insane homosexual man who is a dishonest business person and serial child molester. The channels, which were all reported last night, per your instructions, are causing problems for me both online and on the streets where I work. Please remove them.
There was a DMCA takedown request on Bearable Thomas, and a counterclaim was filed with a false signature. The clerk would not allow me to answer the counterclaim directly as there was no case number to answer to, hence You Tube was named as defendant, seeking a takedown order and no damages.
