There’s the “independent nation on paper” option as a kind of amalgamation of an Indian Tribal Nation and a subject territory.

If US citizens can travel, live, and work there with little or no paperwork they can talk about being “independent” all they want.

Satellite radio like Sirius is payment for any content

Terrestrial radio can't work that way because it's too entrenched as free. It would have to switch technologically to the way satellite radio works as far as getting access to the signal, and people wouldn't do it. They'd get pissed off if the new cars they bought had radios that could only access the signal if you paid, same with non-car radios, and competitors offering regular old radios would dominate the market share as they do already. Sirius subscribers are about 10% of the US population. Terrestrial radio listeners are about 80%

I didn't used to give a shit, let them get married in faggot states, who cares. Then Obama rammed that shit through, shit on states rights and made it legal federally (it was the SCOTUS that did it, but obama still put pressure on). Then you had these literal cocksuckign activists going to another county just to fuck with this lady that said she would not issue licenses to them for religious reasons. iirc, she said she take a week off and let one of her underlings issue the license, that wasn't good enough, these faggots sued her. That was clearly faggots being spiteful. That never felt right to me, seems to me like gays are mostly assholes. I only remember everyone piling on her.
