Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

The pendulum isn't just swinging back, someone attached a rocket boost to it.
Its like the whole world was in a trance and since 2025 everyone collectively woke up and went like "hold on, this shit is retarded" for everything that has been established by the left for the last 10 years.

Kiwis, I'm gonna be honest... I'm hopeful for the future. Shit is really changing where it needs to.
And with our favorite feeder Joshua back in America and working on his charity, things are looking up.

There's a lot of work ahead of everyone, but for the first time in years, it doesn't feel hopeless.
Naw honestly NO ONE outside of progressive shit fests and LGB are pro tranny, and there's a lot of the LGB that are tired of it too. I mean they are a percent of a fucking percent and how progressives talk about and legislate for them is like they're fucking everywhere. Honestly how many IRL have YOU run into? Between me and my wife we counted 5.
People are just past their "if I ignore it it will go away/they'll calm down" limit. Most everyday people just have shit to do and real problems to handle and they just see if as more gay shit people whine about.
It doesn't help that even NORMAL progressives sound like they're in a fucking cult. You can't talk to them about ANYTHING without a "have you heard about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?" moment. Every conversation devovles into "They're going to put us in camps, you know" and "Trump is literally Hitler"
There are ACTUAL literal illegals at my job that don't speak English that are pro Trump because progressives and LGBTWIAAP shit is ruining the pool for them too.

I live in a city that's been frequently ranked amongst the most "LGBTQIA+" friendly cities on the planet, I've seen plenty of homosexual couples around, but trannies? Maybe 3 in the past 5 years. (one pooner and two gigahons)

It really gives you perspective as to how terminally online, attention seeking trannies are, and how it absolutely had to be a social contagion, or trans kids wouldn't be a clear trend among affluent white couples and pretty much nowhere else.

Its the same here. I live in a blue state that has very pro trans laws here and yet I've only bumped into maybe 5 trans people (3 TIMs and maybe 2 non binaries?) in the past 10 years here. Its funny because with how many kids online identify as trans its proving to me that its mostly a social contagion/grooming. There's a few schools near where I live and usually when I take my jog, I never once saw any trans kids. Its honestly making me wonder if these trans teens accounts are even really trans or maybe its LGBT internet theory. (play on dead internet theory)

maybe its LGBT internet theory. (play on dead internet theory)
Hold that thought. What if... It was dead Internet theory?

Xitter is known to be full of bots, so is reddit, tumbler, bsky, Facebook, etc

Many TIMs are also tech autists.

What if the mega wave of trannies online, which seem to somewhat coordinate with the rise of LLMs as to how much it's been accelerating in the past 3-4 wars, is mostly a lot of AI noise that gets people to believe it's a common thing, and then pipes them down some grooming group where humans then take over?

...maybe I'm going too conspiracy on this, nvm

Not sure about trans kids but I've had a similar experience with adult troons living in a deep-blue county. A few businesses make a point of putting trans flags and other merchandise in the storefront but they are in the tiny minority; most people and businesses do not mention it at all and I think I could count the number of troons I've encountered IRL since moving here on one hand.

I suspect the accounts are real but troons are such a hot button issue that they get disproportionate amounts of media coverage, especially from clickbait/diehard partisan outlets, and that has skewed everybody's perception.

ETA: Troons tend to flock together so unless you run in troon or troon adjacent circles, you are liable to see them much less than you'd expect given their share of the population; conversely, the Internet attracts weirdos so they are liable to be overrepresented on the sites they infest. It would explain my situation and given that the parents of 'trans kids' tend to fit a very narrow demographic (white, middle to upper middle class, and not involved enough with the kids' lives) I suspect that if there are trans kids in your town they're very clustered in a small handful of neighborhoods and schools.

I'm certain 99% of them just jerk off to too much femboy hentai and need to have their internet access cut for a year. Though I do wonder how many of my old acquaintances that said they trooned actually went through with the hormone shit. I have about the same amount as folks here, half a dozen or so, but I've not kept up with any of them so I can't be sure.

Honestly, considering that I've seen posts by trans people get a lot of likes compared to the people who reply to the post it may not sound that crazy. I saw a tweet get almost 100k likes with barley anyone replying. That just screams bots. In a way its really funny because I swear these posts that get a large amount of bots liking them are tricking trans people into believing they have more support than what they have. Its no wonder they get confused when legislation against them passes.

Telling mentally ill men that they cannot larp in the woemn's lockeroom is somehow "harmful" to actual women.

"More than 400 LGBTQ and civil rights groups on Monday urged lawmakers to reject legislation that would bar transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports, claiming the measure, which the House is expected to consider this week, “would harm women and girls and undermine civil rights for all students.”

The letter, led by the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, an umbrella group of U.S. civil rights organizations, argues that preventing transgender and gender-nonconforming youths from participating in school sports nationwide will further isolate and stigmatize an already vulnerable population. “If schools mark some students effectively as outcasts, they foster an environment where no student is included and safe,” the letter states. "

"The bill’s nebulous language and “intrusive focus on scrutiny of students’ bodies,” the letter argues, will effectively bar cisgender women and girls with intersex traits — natural variations in sex characteristics that differ from what is typically considered male or female — from competing in school sports and “invite scrutiny and harassment of any other student perceived by anyone as not conforming to sex stereotypes.”

Opponents of similar laws passed in more than two dozen states say such restrictions will inevitably fuel speculation about whether female athletes look feminine enough to compete in women’s sports without having their gender questioned."

More than 400 civil rights groups call on Congress to reject transgender athlete ban

It says men are banned from competing in women's sports. But what about the other way around? This really needs to apply to all transgenders. I know pooners aren't going to beat men at sports, but winning isn't the purpose of school sports. A bunch of BP girls larping as boys will definitely ruin the experience of school sports for a lot of boys as well.

You'd think the Donkeys would change their talking points now and then. "Genital examinations"? That one's been around the block a few times. "Bigots love this bill"? Keep insulting the majority there, AOC.

Just ask "How would it do that?" and stand back as the usual made up bullshit flows.

What are we going to see next?

"Jailing rapists harms women?"
"Jailing paedophiles undermines the development of children?"

There are 400 LGBTQ and civil rights groups seeing the end of the road for the made up gravy train they've been riding for years.

"Jailing pedophiles undermines the development of children?"

Well, that was the NAMBLA argument.

Not really.
They have set talking points and set responses to those.
The whole cult is based on make believe and moving too far from the "narrative" causes the whole thing to collapse.

There's no need for genital examinations anyway, none of them look anything like women anyway, although I dare say some would insist on having their junk examined anyway.

The whole letter is here. They've got a few different arguments. First of all, since Trans Women Are Women, excluding them from sport is harming women and therefore not protecting women. Also, it will be harmful to intersex women and girls. It then also argues that cisgender women and girls who are gender nonconforming will be subject to scrutiny and the measures will also "likely be disproportionately used to target all girls and women of color" (they don't explain how or why). Isolating/excluding students from participating in sports will also teach kids that bullying is ok. Finally, it doesn't actually contain provisions "for equal facilities, equipment, and travel, or any other strategy that women athletes have been pushing for for decades" to address the barriers women and girls face in sports. That last one isn't a harm of the bill, it's just that the bill doesn't address it, but maybe they're arguing calling it the "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" without addressing that will somehow prove a barrier to increasing access to sports because people will think it's addressing them and so no further action is required. The footnote says "For more information about how to sincerely advance gender equity in athletics..." and links to a variety of PDFs.

Also 63 of the 400 groups are just PFLAG and then various regional chapters of PFLAG.
