The problem is, "our" side will just press the attack while we're winning, just like they do when they are, so there's absolutely no latitude to slow down, compromise, find middle ground. It's just a feedback loop of freedom versus perceived safety.

I mean, while Biden Kamala was President, they still lost Roe Vs Wade, we still got the anti-trans bills passed, and we had some of the AI peddlers forced to cut back on their offerings (elevenlabs cucking to pressure so you can't make Joe Biden say nigger with perfect accuracy, etc). The war rages on forever, doesn't even really matter who's President unless Trump is willing to go hard on it so it's hard to recover. Progress is being made against forced diversity, but there are major hurdles still in place, particularly in entertainment media. The reason there has been such a huge increase in DEI casting in movies & TV is because they have codified it into their rules. Either in the rules that allow production to take place themselves, or in rules that allow those productions to be eligible for any kinds of awards. Take the Academy Awards for example. If you don't meet a certain threshold of DEI both in front of and behind the camera, you can't even qualify for any nominations.

Social media is but one piece of a very large tapestry, we need the entertainment companies to start following suit.

OK this is pretty funny. Guess the "men" of Meta will have to buy their own tampons like the rest of us lowly menstruators.

The last remaining major platform to shift center is reddit. I know this will never happen, but just imagine the salt.

I rainbow'd you for reasons but tbh I wouldn't be surprised if we start to see a perceptible shift. Not a full swing, it'll be slow and gradual. I've already seen it on a limited basis, things like lesbians pushing back on troons spamming girlcock memes in lesbian communities. That gives me hope.

Remember Reddit IPO'd last year so money has to be their first and main priority. They also have a $$ content deal with Google to train their AI on Reddit content so they'll need to do the math on how to maximize user numbers and content -- silencing everyone who dislikes trannies goes against that goal as support for troons wanes and people begin to feel like they can say controversial things like "women don't have penises" on the internet again.

Troons never had as much support as highly censored social media made it seem. If enough normies start pushing back then Reddit will have no choice but to let it slide.
