Remember, Hardin's excuse was he shouldn't have to respond to the debtor's examination until the judge rules on sanctioning Russ, which would make it moot as Russ would then owe them money. And the Judge agreed!

If the Judge still hasn't sanctioned Russ or not by Feb 28, Hardin will probably say again "I shouldn't have to until you've sanctioned Russell or not" and the Judge would probably say "Fair enough" and still take his sweet time responding to anything.

And any complaint Russ makes would basically be screaming "Get off your ass and sanction me already your honor!"

there's a little gem buried in one of mr. hardin's emails to greer concerning monies owed:

Things were happening so fast last month I thought the judge would've at least ruled on the show cause hearing this week. We don't even know if the meet and confer happened on the 6th or not. I'm going through withdrawal.

I'm inclined to think that it did and that there's no reason we would find out that it happened short of Null telling us which he has no reason to do. I may be giving Greer too much credit, but perhaps he can be taught that showing up and conferring like the court has asked means that Hardin won't have to file anything with the court and that there will therefore be nothing for Russ to put off responding too and fewer people laughing at him on the internet over his legal caterwauling. Look at how little activity the Acerthorn (Stebbins v. Moon) thread gets by comparison just because Stebbins decided not to flail around like an idiot. Not that I expect this behavior to last, but Russ may be trying his best to earn some good boy points with the judge.

Would it help the "Russell admits he sues people for publicity stunts" argument to cite the facebook posts he made during the Keffals debacle saying "I helped take kiwifarms down with my lawsuit too, INTERVIEW ME!"
Probably not because the courts have been a bit shit but it's never a bad time to re post it.

Tweets along those lines helped convince the court to award costs in sargoy of swindon v sassy fat black woman.
Hughes also brought the suit for an improper purpose, the court said. According to the court, Hughes admitted on Twitter and her website that she intended to bankrupt Benjamin and “use copyright laws to silence her political opponents and critics.” Hughes’ social media posts about the case also suggested that she “intended to sensationalize the litigation to elevate her own public profile and achieve a secondary financial gain,” the court said.
