The problem was that he addressed her differently on both videos, she was Jocelyne on "#Fucksuicide #Screwbullying" and Renee on "#endbullying". That's what made me think they might have been two different people. I know that Renee was her YouTube username, but the fact that Rax didn't slip her original name the few times he addressed her directly during the second stream struck me as a peculiar detail.

The thought right now is that this is a mother/daughter duo. Renee could be the mother and Jocelyne could be the daughter, but that's just pure speculation on my part.
