Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
My main take away is that evidently white men are way less likely to be flaming bisexuals spreading disease. Latinos are faggots, but dedicated homosexuals unblemished by women.
The largest rate of HIV-positivity in the US is currently found in black women. There are many factors as to why this is and that analysis belongs in another thread, but it is interesting, nonetheless.

Just a couple years ago the PrEP ads all said it's not for "people assigned female at birth," apparently it's only recently been given to women. The troons probably fucked things up, it's impossible to define who is at most risk of getting HIV from a pozzed dick in their neghole when you're no longer allowed to define people with penises as men. So they really had no choice but to open it up to everyone.

Like what does this even mean when they can't define what a woman is? Who are these people other than women getting fucked in the vagina?

It's almost as if biological terms mean something and have value in medicine. 🤡🌍

Depends on what kind of "requir[ing]" you're talking about.

If they work for the wrong organization, quite possibly. But that's more of a bureaucratic thing than something about their medical training.

As @Precocious Halfwit mentioned, they have no skills particularly specialized for rotpockets beyond what a normal GP would have.

Idk, are gynos also trained in urology too? I would imagine they might, that gynecology might be a (much more expansive and specialized) superset of urology?

If so, I guess they might have that advantage. But even so, it's not normal urology either. It's a novel flesh origami construction that doesn't really fit anywhere.
I imagine any complications would have to be brought to a plastic surgeon. I can’t see a gyno being able to offer much help to them, or see a need for them to go to one, since the typical gyno services don’t apply (paps, birth control, etc).

Though some of these delusional troons question if they can get cervical cancer and ask if they need pap smears so who knows. If one ends up in a gyno office, at best, the gyno can be kind and offer them a referral to a specialist.

Trans men would still have visit a gynecologist. Although I don’t yet understand what happens to the vagina when they get bottom surgery lol

BA advice

I'm 2 years on HRT. 6'2" 250 Lbs. Just did A Bra That Fits calculator and my measurements came out to 42DD/DDD. I'm not liking the way that my chest looks since there is a 4 inch gap in between my breasts. Has anyone had a similar build and had positive results? Type of BA?

Apparently you can get top surgery with nipples but without the areolas riot_ghouuul_9

When I got top surgery I only got my nipples on, and not my areola. My surgeon said that was the best course of action but I’m not entirely sure if I regret that decision. It’s been about a year and I want to get my areola tattooed back on. My surgeon recommended an artist but said it would be 700$ which seemed high but I’m not sure. Does anyone know of a tattoo artist near DFW Texas that could do this?

Granny got upset when she found out her granddaughter was getting a double mastectomy. Turns out the TiF has a clotting disorder. Gran seems to have done some research.

Well, and not just any plastic surgeon, but only the one that did their dickchop in the first place.

These surgeries are really not very consistent or standardized, and the surgeons are often uncomfortable dealing with each other's work, lest they get blamed for any further complications.

Oh, it gets removed and sewn shut.

The answer is, it is not pretty. Pooners basically have their uterus, ovaries, and cervix removed when they get SRS, and the surgeon goes inside the vagina with an electrocauterizing device and literally burns away the vaginal tissue and then surgically removes the remnants of the vaginal lining and then sutures the vaginal orifice shut during the vaginectomy. If a pooner wants a "penis" they can opt for a metoidoplasty which surgically-exposes the glans of the clitoris in order to make it look like a "penis" but it is usually too small for penetrative sex, and there is often a permanent loss of sensation involved from surgical damage to the clitoral glans.

Even if a pooner does not want to get SRS, they often have no choice but to get a total hysterectomy as well as a vaginectomy, as the HRT that they take will eventually cause their reproductive systems to atrophy which can cause chronic vaginal pain and dryness as well as infection. Once this point is reached, the effects are permanent even if the testosterone is stopped as the ovaries are basically destroyed from being poisoned by HRT at this stage.

If a pooner goes the full phalloplasty route, skin is harvested from a donor site on an arm, leg, back, or abdomen. Then, an attempt to lengthen the female urethra is made by using a donor vein or part of the lining of the cheek, which is then routed through the fake penis when it is rolled up like a sausage and stitched to the mons of the pooner with the clitoris attached to the head of the neophallus in an attempt to preserve sexual sensation.

Related to phalloplasty is the fake "scrotum" that accompanies the construction of the neophallus. The labia of the vulva are basically sutured together to form a "pouch" to put a pair of fake testicular implants into for cosmetic purposes, or an erectile "pump".

Unlike an actual penis, a neophallus is a static, unwieldy lump of grafted tissue. It does not get erect by itself and this is why many pooners have to manually-inflate it using an air pump in their fake scrotums to have a mockery of "sex". There is usually not much sensation in a neophallus, and they are often covered with fine hairs that need to be routinely-shaved by the pooner because of the hair follicles that are still present in the skin from the donor site. The implants that pooners get to become erect often shift around and become exposed through the skin of the neophallus as they lack the corpus cavernosum of a real penis to hold them in place. Finally, many neophallae only last for a few years due to complications such as infections or poor circulation, leading to them needing to be amputated.

Pooners often have to constantly flush out their urethras as many of them have trouble urinating properly due to having their urinary systems rerouted during phalloplasty, and this is why many pooners eventually face chronic UTIs and eventual renal failure.

Yeah, the effects of massive amounts of exogenous testosterone being given to natal females is sorta unknown. Troonery has involved a lot of poorly run, poorly documented medical experimentation.

Like Buck Angel almost died from some kind of testosterone uterine atrophy related thing. Had to be rushed to the ER.

Buck Angel is still a pooner themselves, but has come around to aggressively speaking out about the health risks of troonery/poonery, especially for the youth.

Lol "hang on, let me pump up my balls" always cracks me up.

Flap failure
2 months from rff and had a blood clot form. Debriedement took half dick. Last photo is what it looks like 2.5 months later

I’m doing ok. As doc says, take it day by day. I think one of the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with is when you see people posting about all the small things they are unhappy with about their new dicks, and I’m just over here with this ugly, gnarly thing, wishing I had 1/10th of what they had. Hopefully my post and experience will let people see how lucky they are with their outcomes.
No. I woke up one day, showered and as I was tending to all my wounds /daily care I noticed the back of my shaft purple looking. I started to freak out, called the surgeon on his emergency line and he thought it was just scarring. I told him it was definitely different and seemed purple. We waited a few days and it got worse. He thought maybe it got cold somehow and needed to warm up. It turned out to be a blood clot that was not visible on a CT I had done 4 days after it turned purple.
Blood clot in my leg formed, cutting off ample blood flow. No, I wasn’t super active or inactive. I was still propping. Doc said only two other cases known where flap loss that far out from surgery. I had a lot of would separation around the base, still healing from it 4.5 months following surgery.
It wasn’t botched to begin with. It looked great and I was super happy with things. 2 months later a blood clot formed, cutting off blood flow, ultimately causing necrosis of the tip. It’s nothing the surgeon did. It’s my own shitty body that did this to me.
She was brave enough to post it to medicalgore

The partner has Wings of Fire fanart.

Does it even count as being lesbians if all you're really doing is avoiding adulthood and having an extended 7th grade sleepover together?

Really? I thought it would be gay men. I guess per capita it's still gay men, but there's more black women that gay men.
You care to expand on why? If you are not willing to do another thread, i don't think people would mind the tangent here.

In her progress pics of it rotting off, it looks remarkably like a honey garlic sausage that was only cooked on one end, then burned.
Nothing says "realistic penis" to me like a skintube that resembles a badly cooked piece of meat.

WolfMan275 is sad she can't have sex with her dog yet.

Honestly just looking for reassurance more than anything right now. I am currently healing from my 7th surgery in my ALT journey which was a glans revision and the 2nd and final stage of a buccal method stricture repair. I haven't felt comfortable to hook up at all because of my terrible bottom dysphoria pre-surgery, and even during/between surgeries because I wasn't sexually satisfied with the looks of my dick. It has been overly girthy for most of these surgeries and still needed hair removal on the shaft, so it just didn't feel like an option to me to try and enjoy sex with a dick still in progress. After my 6th surgery that finally included the glansplasty and stage 1 of the buccal graft method, I finally felt like my dick looked like a dick, but due to the buccal graft method (the underside of my dick was left open due to the method, exposing the urethra) I wasn't allowed to have sex at all until the 7th surgery that I had to wait six months for (due to healing purposes), which is what I'm recovering from now.
During my recovery, I've been thinking a lot about finally being able to have sex, under the impression I'd only be restricted for 6 weeks. Well today during my post op appointment, my surgeon informed me I actually have to wait a full 3 months before I can do most sexual things to allow for the glans revision to properly heal.
I feel so bummed. I was looking forward to FINALLY having gender affirming sex with my penis I've had to be so patient for, but now there's an extra 2 months. I know in the long scheme of things that 2 months is nothing, but this whole process has been waiting for everything- laser hair removal for surgery, a date for the next surgery, and the next surgery, and for implants, etc... I'm tired.
So I guess I do have a question as well- whether you've had many stages of this surgery done or even a couple, how did you deal with having to wait for sexual intimacy/jerking off?

Now, according to her post history she is single, so it's a pretty big assumption she's going to only be waiting 3 more months to have sex. In fact, I would say she is being wildly optimistic with that time line.
She is gay, aka heterosexual, and claims she passes but I can't envision even the hornist gay wanting to touch a still hairy rotdog.

What little we do know is horrifying enough. Besides the reproductive system atrophying, a lot of pooners develop heart conditions from taking T damaging it. I’ve also read accounts of pooners developing liver issues from it, and @Hepativore just discussed the urinary/renal issues that killed Gruffin last year. I would not be shocked if more pooners die from that before 30 in the coming years. And that’s just pooners.

Medical transition, from blockers to surgery, is a complete unethical experiment. The only tarnished silver lining is that there will be references for what happens to a man on a combo of E and T-blockers or babies born in a T flooded womb that will be used to justify restricting or banning it altogether soon enough. What has come out in the past couple years alone (like that pooner that developed Locked In Syndrome after a T induced stroke) is amazing as it is. Trannies can hate the Cass Report all they want for how it affected laws in the UK, but Helen Cass cared more about how puberty blockers harm children than they ever did. They only “trust the science” until it denies them what they want.

That photo timeline of it rotting was something. The one where the tip was mostly off and jellylike…

Adding to what I wrote above, wouldn’t be shocked if excessive T in pooners contributes to the risk of blood clotting as much as excessive E in men. As angry as she is about her angry inches, she’s very lucky that the blood clot developed and stopped there. Scary shit. Wouldn’t have thought of that. Is that a common reason for rotdog death and we just don’t know?
