He was claiming yesterday that he was going to file a lawsuit against KF, AMB, multiple individuals, and various other online venues on Friday. Then it got changed to Monday. And now it seems to have changed again to some unspecified future time.

It's been pointed out to him that the moment he files legal action, he can no longer communicate directly with the defendants but must channel any communication through their lawyers. He may not be ready to stop sperging all over the place just yet.
