Again, the entire state falls under that "aerial retardant avoidance area" because every single waterway and wildlife region is going to have a "threatened, endangered, proposed, or candidate species or critical habitat."

And there's a map on that website that literally shows the avoidance areas. It's not the whole state and it's definitely not where the Palisades fire is burning.
