I know the Kiwi Farms consensus is that transexuality (at least, AGP) is about exerting power and control, but I disagree. I think it is a genuine desire to be the other sex, because of what women get from society.

Take a look at this Daily Mail social experiment. Do you think only women, dogs and children are unconditionally loved? Wrong! Children aren't unconditionally loved if they are the wrong sex (male).

So you grow up a disaffectionate young man and see all women around you get love, praise and attention simply for being women while you get, at best, nothing and, at worst, hate and mistreatment. What do you do? You become a woman.

So why don't they make an effort to pass? Because natural born women don't have to do it, by virtue of being born female.

Why do they throw hissy fits when people get their pronouns wrong? Because that's what women do when they don't get their way (e.g Karens).

Paradoxically, trans women are being women in a way women would be if they weren't born female. There's a kernel of truth to the "female brain" idea even if the interpretation that it amounts to a "female soul" that trans activists like to push is fallacious.

I finally got around to listening to the episode, and my first thought is that Trace's departure from the B&R team can be felt extensively in this episode. While I think he should have been shitcanned after the fake grade school furry worksheet thing, he was a much better researcher into pure forum drama than Katie, Jessie, or Jessica the 80s Baby. Whatever. It wouldn't be Blocked and Reported if they went painted LFJ in an exclusively negative light.
