The last time I checked the Los Angeles subreddit was full of city kids from Los Angeles making fun of the fire. Living in the US I always wondered why people hate this city and bully people from here, now I know. +10,000 houses, millions of trees and animals burned down, tens of thousands of their own countrymen were displaced from their homes, these city kids are still trying to make jokes about “own” ing the right-wingers and they seriously post things like “The fire is not that bad Trump/MAGA crowd are exaggerating it” every hour.

Sounds like they are 100% ready and willing to be drafted to die for Israel.

You get people in the UK arguing that we need to ban lawns and replace them with native plants, missing the fact that unlike someone growing a lawn in the Mojave, lawns are naturally what happens to open land that's mowed short and they are native plants (I do support embracing mixed lawns and leaving them long in parts for wildflowers, but these sorts are just uncritically repeating what they saw on an American website).

The red zone is where active firefighting was taking place (not the full extent of the fire). This footage is in the exact same location, if you google Runyon Canyon Road - you can see how close that was to Hollywood Boulevard. Given that fire was contained multiple days ago and there's probably nothing left to burn there, I sincerely doubt this one Indian news channel has the scoop on some new fire threatening Hollywood.

Filthy kike Abraham Levitt, who basically invented suburbia with his sons, was responsible for middle class people having lawns. Before that, the only people with lawns the ultra rich who could pay full time groundskeepers.
