No he’s not, but he’s not a fully functioning adult either. Rosemary Kennedy would these days be legally classed in one of the ‘mentally incapable’ boxes and if she had to sign a consent form at best she’d be able to sign an assent and need a legal caretaker or guardian to sign consent. While it’s not as extreme as a lobotomy, puberty natures the brain and missing out on it leaves people childlike, they aren’t capable of adult mental function. We see that with jazz - everything about him is childlike, behaviourally.
These monsters have created a whole new class of developmentally impaired adults. What will be interesting to see if this ever get studied and used legally - as in, can it be argued that puberty blocked patients never develop the cognitive capacity they would as adults and are this in some ways incapable of giving adult consents?
Even more horrific is to ponder who would want someone to be created who is over the age of consent with a childlike mind, body and genitals …

I can't imagine that someone living in a Florida McMansion would be SHOCKED I SAY that there are Jews in the neighborhood.

We have fuck-all Jews in our country, so i have no idea, but is anti-semitism still an issue in USA? I thought that was kinda old school bigotry and they'd moved on to bleating about blacks and trannys...

No. Sander wishes it was for oppression points, but it's not. Most Americans dgaf, others only have issues with the Orthodox if they act weird, and I bet you very few American could even tell you what Chabad even is.
When Sander says "We have a Chabad near us" he's conflating a generic Jewish temple with a specific subgroup/movement and banking on his followers not knowing any different.
