Are we supposed to pretend that Nick still has a show? I can't even remember the last time he streamed on youtube
It was the end of August. But he said to Melton that he hadn't streamed since June or July which means even he can't remember.

Someone called it narcissistic rejection and this is pure distilled instance of it. Who believes that there are multiple people begging non-practicing streamer to interview Null? No one, and Nick won't be able to prove it. But it gives him this little momentary high: I DENY you my attention Null, it's meeee who rejects youuuuuuu.
He should spend more time thinking of a new name for his show since the "Rekieta Law" name or at least his show intro in which he claims to run a "small law firm" by the same name is probably now a bad idea now that he's not authorized to practice law.

It certainly strongly implies that you're actually authorized to practice law to claim to be a "small law firm" when introducing a channel called "Rekieta Law." It's possible he'd be committing a crime if he said that while being a non-practicing fake lawyer who is legally prohibited from practicing.

Really he should get more ambitious. He shouldn't claim to be a "small" anything. He should just introduce himself as the biggest cuck in the entire world.

8/28/2024 on youtube. Probably right before he went into family court required rehab and a whole bunch of other stuff we don't know happened.

In the 8/28 show, he went point by point through April's complaint, her probable cause, her motion to dismiss and April's first hearing. He was really arrogant attacking everyone involved in his case as a liar. He was also all "cute" about April living at his house, the court using his address as her address and her hearing streaming from the main house.

Nick was different back then. He really thought somehow that they were all going to win and that he could beat all the charges. Today's Nick versus that Nick looks like a man who has been broken by the system and probably by his parents. Not the same guy. Certainly not the new Nick whose role is simping for a dabbleverse pedo.

Nick's obsession with weight is gay in the real sense of the word. Many times in the past he has gone on and on about how what is attractive is an overly skinny, boy-like look. He is also gone on about how he gets complements on his personal attractiveness from other men or fishes for complements from other men. He also constantly puts down other men over their weight in a sort of way that isn't typical of most men. When he does it, he always comes across as more mean girl than guy.

His thinking in the area is similar to how Dax (Dick) thinks. Though Dax is often clearer on the subject such as when he said he would rather have sex with a man than a 150 pound woman. Juju is more openly bi than Nick is.

But for a grown man to want to look like a skinny boy and think that the skinny skelly nerd look is what most straight adults find attractive is.....weird. And gay. very gay.
Boyish? Nick has looked 60 years old for the last year-and-a-half.

And yes, he flirts with men, too. Or tries. In the Melton call-in, Melton wasn't having it, but Nick kept trying. Embarrassing!

It begins to look a lot like projection when an openly degenerate homosexual freak pervert with pending criminal charges relating to children constantly makes these accusations.
And the irony of being sued for saying a non-pedo sucks little boy dick while choosing to hang out with actual pedos. He is so desperate for any kind of friend.

If he said he was a lawyer from central minnesota, but didn't say he was an attorney, he'd probably be ok though, right? I've met unlicensed lawyers who run law libraries. Though none of them said they were a lawyer they all said they were law librarians.

Nick can’t get over Null’s soft eyes. Before there was Aaron, there was sweet, sweet Josh. His lunacy is caused by one thing only - the unrequited love of a Moon.

They could have been eating Subway holding hands, Nick and Josh. Exploring all the many cheeses that aren’t cheddar. Farming banana peppers, and saving the capital I Internet together. What kind of roads will never be traveled now? :heart-empty:
What bright sunny blooms will never flower? What ripe fruits fat with juices and sugars will never lay gently upon my tongue? What quiet Sunday mornings silence won't be joyously broken by a lovers familiar yet always comforting good morning?

No greater loss than the loss of all the good that could've been for want of a man's virtue. Lost to time, like a cop at Denny's.

No. It is unlawful for someone not authorized to practice law in MN to "by word, sign, letter, or advertisement, to hold out as competent or qualified to give legal advice or counsel."

481.02 UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW.

Subdivision 1.Prohibitions.

It shall be unlawful for any person or association of persons, except members of the bar of Minnesota admitted and licensed to practice as attorneys at law, to appear as attorney or counselor at law in any action or proceeding in any court in this state to maintain, conduct, or defend the same, except personally as a party thereto in other than a representative capacity, or, by word, sign, letter, or advertisement, to hold out as competent or qualified to give legal advice or counsel, or to prepare legal documents, or as being engaged in advising or counseling in law or acting as attorney or counselor at law, or in furnishing to others the services of a lawyer or lawyers, or, for a fee or any consideration, to give legal advice or counsel, perform for or furnish to another legal services, or, for or without a fee or any consideration, to prepare, directly or through another, for another person, firm, or corporation, any will or testamentary disposition or instrument of trust serving purposes similar to those of a will, or, for a fee or any consideration, to prepare for another person, firm, or corporation, any other legal document, except as provided in subdivision 3.

The MN Rules of Professional Conduct make reference to holding oneself "to the public or otherwise represent that the lawyer is admitted to practice Minnesota law."

And fwiw, even lawyers whose fees or CLE are delinquent - even for a very short time and even if their employer (not the lawyer) screwed up will get an admonition if they violate MPRC 5.5(b) (partially quoted immediately above). If they knowingly do it or do it for an extended time, they may face public discipline (examples linked below).

Practically speaking, you have to disclose you are not authorized to practice in MN (or any state, as in Nick's case).

Examples from MN professional responsibility body. None is precisely Nick's situation, but I can all but guarantee that the "but Rekieta Law & Rekieta Law, LLC no longer exist as entities, and it's just an internet handle" argument will fail. Try it, Nick.

It's one of those things where the devil's in the details, and really varies enormously from state to state. But for instance, something like claiming you're a lawyer in a bar to get laid (if that would even work) would probably not be UPL anywhere, but filing something in court on behalf of someone else always would, whether paid or not.

But having a stream that was at least arguably an advertisement for your law firm, with a legal themed logo, and introducing yourself as representing a "small law firm," even if it's conceivably not a crime in Minnesota when you're prohibited from practicing law, is really straddling the line. It might not constitute the actual crime of UPL but it's very probably in violation of ethics rules like 8.4.

What is the cheese-related lore there? I have to ask.

So its doing the "well technically" dance on skirting what is and isn't acceptable in the eyes of professionals and authority figures alike, and is generally a terrible idea likely to bite him in the ass?

Sounds like exactly the sort of bullshit he'd be down for.

Well, according to Wil Herren, the "cum story" is the following:

NSFW story: Rekieta ejaculated inside April, and later (that day or maybe afterward) Aaron performed oral on her and ended up (knowingly or not) ingesting Rekieta's cum.
[Edit] Disclaimer - what's inside parentheses are my own conjectures.
1. TOLE Ya that TVs Will Herron is a fucking junkie sweeper. When ya'll gonna wake up?

2. According to Junkie Logic, story above, EVERY man and woman EVER Cheated on is gay because same scenario happens daily worldwide with cheaters.

3. Of course Nick was NOT in the room otherwise he would have provided more detail in first off how his BF Aaron was positioned: Aaron was on his back, or stomach, or knees,...gross for fucking making me say this shit you junkie faggot TARD.

4. As Described by Minnesota 6 HAG could have been at junkie request or during one of their "call me daddy" degen sex talk sessions. FECKING FAGGOT JUNKIE BS

5. Junkie lame story ALSO implies Minnesota 6 is NOT ONLY a dirty TWAT but maintains a DIRTY TWAT. These fucking Addicts are sooo gross!!! Just like addicts beating off and banging on open streets on fire in LA. Fuck Junkies and Fuck Hollywood

6. I agree with many here. Junkie BOASTED about making April BLEED like it was a funny birthday story. WTF!!! Which means Junkie man likely could not cum, just balldo beat everybody or if did cum, it was not in a woman catcher.

7. By Junkie own logic, Nick the junkie ALSO ate Aarons jizz after Aaron had WHORE WIFE QUAYLA.

JESUS Addicts are repulsive.
Now I must go wash my BRAIN of these faggots images.

How can a man (using the word loosely) have five kids and not realize the only reason a woman would bleed from sex is because her twat was as dry as the Sahara Desert because he's incapable of arousing a woman? Who would admit that in public?

I guess someone unable to pick up on social cues. Isn't there a name for that condition?

but Null. . .Null EATS FOOD!"
At least he’s making sure his kids don’t commit the sin of having a full belly.

I have to wonder if this starving the kids has its beginnings in Nick’s own body dysmorphia. He already doesn’t care about his kids, but the moment one might become heavier than 80 pounds, he’ll commit filicide.

He goes beyond implying on his Locals About page.

To pull a Nicknicality, he technically does have a license, it's just suspended, and the requirements to reinstate it would be fairly trivial for a human of normal functionality. A retard like wetbrain Cuckieta is probably incapable of it in his current state, but at least by a loose definition, he may qualify as a "lawyer."

The only real "problematic" area is if he falsely portrays himself as able to practice when he isn't. (I hate how that word was ruined.)
Practically speaking, you have to disclose you are not authorized to practice in MN (or any state, as in Nick's case).
This is the important part, because it's the context that makes it relevant. Even silence on the subject is a failure to disclose. His entire public persona is based on him being some legal scholar. A "law firm" no less. However, continuing to call himself a "small law firm" reaffirms the false belief that he's authorized to practice law. He isn't.

I cited 8.4 rather than 5.5 because I think the 5.5 violation is one of those things where he could pull a dumb Nicknicality. But 8.4, as rarely as it is invoked, manages to deal from time to time with some real pest lawyers who pull sleazy tricks like that (like Bill Clinton).

It's a great rule. It gives us the Solomonic wisdom that it is a violation of the rules to violate the rules. Best opener ever in an ethical rule.

But it also has nice things like this:

engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

"But wait, doesn't that make the practice of law itself a violation of legal ethics?" Shut up.

He's neither a lawyer or attorney. There are no distinctions between the two. It's urban lore that they are different.
