The timing of it fits pretty well when compared to the interplay between the Stearns County search warrant to Xitter that Ralph revealed on stream, the Minnesota statute cited in that warrant laying out the pertinent timeline, and Xitter's warrant transparency policy that led to the email warning Ralph about the warrant well before production of his data was due.

Obviously Nick's case being more complicated than Ralph's simple contempt charge may have taken longer to advance from a police report to the stage of a search warrant and may have involved more tech companies with different internal policies, but as a rough rule of thumb the events surrounding the Ralph warrant could have some predictive value as far as where Nick's case likely stands at this point and when some early notice to him or MAPton could have prompted that Locals vagueposting. It could also explain what prompted the abrupt uptick in his public flailing about Aaron over the past week. I imagine that the increase in actions towards Aaron might be related to this kind of news. Similarly, when he was hostile towards Elissa and Potentially Sean, it was probably related to messages he might have intercepted between them and Aaron by (allegedly) hacking Aaron's Google account.
